It dosent matter how many V.I.P. you impress on your A-game, it matters how many customers you impress with your daily operations.

Food flavor was okay at best, food size vs the quality didn't justify the prices, service was a massive disaster.

We waited 30 minutes to get to the front of the line (was expecting this much). The whole time waiting listening to people complain that their online orders were not complete, or didn't show up in the trucks pos system. Once at the front of the line we got pushed off for over 20 additional minutes while they only focused on online orders they had screwed up. One guy had an issue with his online order than waited checked back 20 minutes later and it wasn't ready, checked again another 30 minutes later and they had finished his food in the additional 30 minutes but never called his name and left it sitting for 20 minutes. One customer had so many issues that they had an employee call their boss who did not answer.

After an hour of waiting we got our food. The lobster roll was nothing amazing but good enough flavor, the size was small and felt like the bare minimum required. The new England clam chowder was pretty good, still could get either better tasting or larger portions other places at their price or less. The whoopie pie was mixed reactions, they didn't have any indication it would be peppermint and I don't enjoy mint pastries so I was disappointed but my gf said it was kind of good.

If the service was better I probably still wouldn't return on price vs quality vs size, but I would of been less motivated to make this review. Considering of all of these factors I would say stay away unless you have excessive money to burn for middle of the road seafood and the...

I saw an ad on Facebook that this food truck would be at Massillon Tractor Supply. I love seafood, but have never had the chance to try the famed lobster roll. I ordered the Connecticut roll, clam chowder, and lobster bisque. The roll was piled with good chunks of meat, had good flavor, though a little chewy. The bisque had good flavor as well, but not very much meat at all. I’ve never had it before, so I don’t know how meaty a soup it should be. The clam chowder was great all around. I would definitely hit this truck up again if it comes back to my area. The only thing I would do different is how I ordered. Their ad stated mobile ordering would open 5 minutes before the truck opens. So, about ten minutes before, I opened the app and saw it saying that even though the truck wasn’t open, you could order. I put my order in and it gave me a time of 43 minutes after open. No big deal. The reason I would do it differently, is that people just walking up were getting the food quite quickly vs those that ordered ahead having to wait until exactly their given time to get their food. Was not warm (I ate it right away in the parking lot) and the meat was tough, like it'd been frozen.

They didn't give me a lemon wedge and the meat didn't taste particularly good so the lemon would have helped.

The menu says it comes with lemon, so I didn't think I had to ask.

Also, there were multiple pieces of shell in my roll - just too many little disappointments for this place to have a rating as high as it does 🤔

It wasn't BAD, and it is a lobster roll, so, if you want a lobster roll, I guess try it? Because, here in Columbus, we're far from the coast, and to get much better you're going to have to buy live lobsters and make them yourself.

I hope they'll read my review and address the issues I had with my order. If they do, then maybe they'll stay around and do good...
