Horrible experience, my family orders from with Pizza Hut or Donatos constantly because we have a 4 yr old who is a picky eater! The customer service I received Monday/Tuesday and now Today Saturday was literally so belittling it honestly shocked me because I have never had any bad experiences ordering before. I called Monday to order some pizza , cinnamon rolls , bread sticks & pasta for my family and I. I get a text message notifying me that my order was picked up by a Door Dash driver and would be delivered shortly! When the driver arrived they had a completely different order so I called the store, the manger informed me that he would remake my food and have it sent out. I waited over an hour and didn’t receive an alert or anything about my replacement order so I called back they told me that the don’t have drivers available so they would place a credit on my account! I was a little upset since no called to update me I had to call myself meaning they would have never reached out about my replacement! So I accept the credit and try to use it the next evening, again I called up there this time NO ANSWER!!! I called multiple times and again NO ANSWER! Then I use my wife’s phone and they answer meaning they had my caller ID and was ignoring me on purpose!!! So fed up at this point I just hung up and didn’t place a order. So now it’s Saturday I call asking to use my credit on my account because I don’t see it on my app! They first manger I spoke with said he couldn’t help me so he asked me who I spoke with , I was unsure since all of this happened now about 5 days ago. Then with out warning I get placed on hold and surprise surprise the manger I spoke with the other day was now available to speak with me! He gets on the phone immediately cuts me off saying he remembers me! So I felt relieved thinking now everything would get settled , NOPE!!! He then tells me that I’m lying and he knows that I am because they had a driver that night! Secondly I’m lying because he took the order and the replacement and basically remembers every order he handle that night. Then rude chuckled in the phone and told me to have a great night! I’m disgusted and disappointed about the way I was treated knowing that I am a HUT REWARDS MEMBER and give their business a lot of my hard earned money just for their employees to basically treat people like garbage because they don’t like there job! Read moreYou have to reach a certain level of apathy to cause me to leave my first bad review. And boy, I’m going to cook. The pizza looks as if it was dropped on the ground and then served to me. I’m not even kidding. I called after an hour and a half or so after I had placed the order - the man on the phone put me on hold and probably went and threw my entire pizza in the box after not letting me finish my sentence. Alright, long night. I’m forgiving. We all have bad days. Because shortly after that call, my pizza was magically in the door dash driver’s hands. Cool, happy! On the way. Heck yeah! Didn’t care how long it took, was just looking forward to a nice pizza like the last time I ordered here!
This is as if I had to nudge someone to remember to hand the poor delivery driver the food. (Hooked him up good) Could tell by the crust it’d been sitting a while. I know management positions are a nightmare inside and out. However, being put on a hold indefinitely and told something about waiting for a manager that’s not there after I politely called and said, “Hey man. Not trying to rustle your feathers, I’m not mad at you. But what’s going on, my dude? Been almost 2 hours.” I kinda don’t want to pay for this anymore because I’ve never had a delivery take this long in my life coupled with the fact it looks like it was used as a toiletry device and caressed with how the cheese blanketed the crust underneath . I mean, look at it below LOL?
Yes, it’s a Saturday night. But phew. Was trying not to be a pain today. I had to lift the pepperoni to the left out of the center of pizza. It was plopped right on top. Sealed box, wasn’t the driver. Which indicates some serious frustration on someone’s end-and my box of pizza being chucked or something. Because it’s a box within a box. I kept forgetting to report this but there was a lady that placed my order and when I put my card in it said approved and I sat down then she says I don’t know if it went through I’m like are you sure because it said approved on my end and I couldn’t check because my phone went dead so I though she was checking on something with her manager Sean and Sean told her not to make my order so I waited 20 minutes and Sean came and asked me with frustration are you ready to pay for your order and I’m like what do you mean like I’m try to get free food or something I have the funds but it said approved and I can’t see it on my phone because it’s dead so I swiped my card again it said approved again and then Sean still told the ladies in the back not to make my order I was in there for 1 hour because Sean arguing with the ladies and won’t apologize for being toxic in a work environment and yelling at them. The ladies wanted to quit and one kept walking out to smoke also the doordashers also was waiting on the food. Sean is horrible and needs to be fired how are you going to tell them not to make my food when I already paid for it and then arguing with women giving bad energy bad environment it seems can’t nobody work with him and I want a refund for all that time I waited while Sean arguing very loudly the whole time.
