Roadhouse Wings & Grille — Restaurant in Columbus

Wow! This was very bad! I hadn't eaten chicken wings in a while and had a craving for them. I believe that back on the day I used to have wings (which were good) from a place called Roadhouse Wings at a different location so I don't know if this place is affiliated with that old location( it's gone) but these wings were nothing like those. It was $.75 wing night so I bought 20 hot for me and 15 bbq for the wife and some bleu cheese dip. The wings were on the smallish side, the hot sauce was decent I guess - it was probably just Frank's and may be a little extra cayenne powder added, the bbq sauce was atrocious - it was basically a weird tasting sweet ketchup, and the blue cheese dip, which is what takes wings to the next level, was pretty bad with a strange brownish tint and odd flavor. My wife was actually at work when I bought these and I had them in the trash before she even got home so as to not expose her to this horrible food. All in all I think it is safe to say I will not be craving wings for a while. I would advise if you are in the mood for wings to go elsewhere. This place was pretty busy though, so...

Walking in was cute. Nice to have a sign to seat yourself. Waited between 5 to 8 mins before someone came over. Mostly everyone already sitting was served. Some question were answered when we got the server, but didn't know what an actually Philly cheese steak is, we laughed though to try an help her. Yet once we got our food, never once she came to check back to ask how things were nor if we needed anything. My friend asked when order for ketcup, vinager an Italian dressing, she asked again for it an didnt get it from server. I got ketcup an vinager from another table. I also walked up to the counter, looking for things and yes she was with a to go order im assuming. Went to ask after they were in a break from talking an she walked away even though she saw me there. Only time asked when she brought our bill an only asked if we need more to drink. As a Supervisor myself at my Bar an restaurant, this drove me nuts sadly. Sadly I couldn't talk my friend in leave a tip for her an I based mine off service, accuracy , an timely manner. Saddest tip I ever left. We will not be back. 5/9/25...

Wanted to come here after reading reviews. Maybe I was expecting so much more. Not my cup of tea for wings. My mild Buffalo flavored did not have much flavor. Sauce was barely there. Had to ask for it on the side. Have to say, the Buffalo sauce was very good and so were the potato skins we ordered.

Service was ok. Not thrilled by it. We walked in to seat ourselves and we sat for quite some time without being greated. All the tables were taken (10-15 tables max) and servers walked by us multiple times without acknowledging us. Mind you the dining area is small. We were just about to get up and walk out when the server came with our menus and asked what we wanted to drink. She was friendly, definitely not horrible service but it was frustrating that we had servers walk by and look at us several times without saying "we will be right with you".

I most likely won't go back more so for the taste not the service. I do think my frustration with the service was not normal for them based on the reviews. Everyone can have a bad night...
