If I could give them no stars I would. But the waitress was nice. But I have no idea what is going on in the back of the house. First, we went to use the family bathroom to change my son's diaper. They had no changing table. The walls around the mirrors in the bathroom were covered in boogers from months and years of picking. Then later we used the woman's bathroom being too grossed out by the family bathroom. But found that the woman's bathroom was also covered in boogers all over the walls around the mirrors. Then after waiting to get an appetizer frie order for a table of 11. Which was 1 order split 3 ways? We ordered 3 whole orders. Then I had ordered my meal, simple enough. I'm a vegetarian(by allergy not by choice) So I ordered the Impossible Burger which was amazing. The first bite was wonderful till I realized they had filled my "Vegged Out!" lettuce wrap with a whole hand full of Jalapenos, more then 30 slices I picked out. I asked for no dairy cause I am allergic. The side salad was covered with cheese. I offered to pick it off myself. (after seeing the boogers on the wall) found it was covered with little bits turkey or chicken underneath. And then the weird part was the salad was rotten in spots. I stopped eating. Everyone else at the table "white and happy" even the other vegetarian. I started to look around. I was the only person around me in that half of the restaurant of "color" even though I am blood-related to all the "white" people in my party and I showed up after they were seated cause I was in the bathroom. Then on the other side of the divider was where they had sat all the ethnic families. And all the other white people in our section kept staring at me like what is she doing here? I was like "Are they that racist and dirty in Ohio?" and to think I always loved it here. Oh well. You lost...
Read moreFirst let me start off by saying when we went here it was the worst restaurant experience my family and I have ever had. Got there and had to wait to be seated but once we walked back to our booth looked around and there were so many tables and booths available to the point that there was no need for a wait to be seated.Got to the booth and the table was very sticky and nasty as if it wasn’t even wiped down before hand. I ordered a strawberry lemonade and the waitress brought it to me and it was literally watered down so I told our waitress and she got a attitude and said she’d take it off the bill. Then after 30 minutes when my family and I ordered our food we seen other guests that got seated after us getting their food before us so my mom asked to speak with the manager and comes to find out the cook forgot to put my sons chicken fingers in to cook so our burgers were just sitting there in the back getting cold while waiting for the chicken fingers to get done.Once we spoke with the manager she acted like that was okay that we were waiting that long for our food and laughed about it jokingly.Once our food came out my bun was hard and soggy and our fries were cold and not cooked all the way.I told the waitress about my burger and she felt the bun and was upset that the burger looked like that and apologized and asked me if I wanted them to remake it and I said no I told her at that point I was ready to go and over the horrible service.Told her the service was horrible and will not be back ever again and didn’t eat any of the food so she took everything off the bill. Will never go back to this Red Robin again they lack customer service, the managers need to get it together and you can tell they are short on staff.Only gave it 1 star because I...
Read moreHORRIBLE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Went here Saturday July 16th around 4pm and the parking lot was empty (should have been my first clue). We had a party of 17 which I was aware would be difficult to accommodate. I noticed in the bar area a large amount of dirty dishes and stacked dirty drinking glasses (should have been my second clue). After speaking with a young man at the host desk, he excused himself and walked towards the kitchen to talk with another employee. A young lady came out to say they were unable to seat us or serve us because they only had 2 cooks and 2 waitresses. There were no other customers in the entire restaurant (should have been another clue). I asked if we could split the group into several tables. The young lady had an attitude and said you don't understand what I'm saying. She said they could seat 4 of us, then the rest would be on a wait until the first table is finished. I asked the lady if they could only wait and serve one table at a time? She begin getting mouthy and argumentative along with other employees in the background. Our group began walking out the door and the young mouthy girl kept running her mouth. A person in our group asked for the manager and requested the contact number for corporate office for Red Robin. The mouthy girl said it was on the website refusing to give it. I request Red Robin to look at the numbers of this particular location and see how horrible the sales have to be for it. Then either close it or terminate and replace all that work there. Worse restaurant experience I ever had. Went to Texas Roadhouse across the street and had an amazing dinner and service. I'm sure Texas Roadhouse liked us spending a decent amount of money at there...
