A lot of the reviews seem to be hit or miss, with many of them having problems with service. May I remind one that much of an experience is up to oneself and one's attitude. If the food is good then the food is good! And boy was this boba good! The worker went out of her way to ensure that we had a good experience when they ran out of tapioca pearls (it was near closing time) and offered to supplement with their other add ins at no additional cost. Their Jasmine tea and their Chai was amazing, and their drinks are easily customizable to accommodate your taste for sugar if you don't like too much. We live very much out of the way but we will be coming again next time we're driving near. The only qualm on my end is that boba is expensive, but it's not as if I'll be finding anything...

I went in to try some boba tea, it looked like there were 3 teenagers running it and they were not friendly or personable at all. To be honest, it seemed like they were annoyed that I showed up at 7:10 pm to order 1 drink. She didn’t even offer to try to help me find a drink even after me asking boba questions, I wasn’t sure what to order since it was my 1st time here. The girl who made my drink placed it on the table and sat back down to look at her iPad and said “enjoy your drink” without ever looking up at me. It was my birthday today and I wanted a boba drink to finalize the good day I had but I ended up walking out feeling horrible after the interaction with her. This is my favorite boba place, I’ve been coming here weekly for a while now. Their teas are organic, they have milk alternatives and their syrups are made in house! Something I haven’t seen with any other café/boba shop. It’s so cute, and amazing menu. I’ve been getting their hot teas lately since it’s been cold outside and I 10/10 recommend! Their Chai hot tea and Oolong hot tea is my favorite. Sometimes they’ll be pretty busy during rush hour so it’s a bit of a wait but it’s understandable since it’s usually only 1 person working and making over 20 drinks. However it usually isn’t more than 15 minutes and I don’t mind the wait. The staff works quickly and have always been friendly! I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a new boba shop...
