I hate to come here to write a review but this hair was TERRIBLE. I am a quality hair buyer, and learn from my experience. At least with the curly hair. STAY AWAY!!! That why you are not allowed to touch the curly hair in store because it get matted within 5 seconds of touch. Please don’t waste your money on this synthetic mix of hair. I’m itchy and have a rash on my scalp as a result from the hair and I can no longer do it and I’m only 2 weeks into my sew-in. NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE. especially after paying 150 for the hair. Such a terrible attitude by the owner. My mom needed a wig for the first time in her life. She went with my dad but didn’t understand much so she went with me. The owner told us we are wasting their time because we were confused and had questions before we baught anything. But, they were super sweet to another customer in front of us. In today’s age this type of customer service is unacceptable. Someone who has lost hair to chemo is not getting wig for fun so a little empathy would be appreciated. I purchased hair bundles on October 18, 2025, and I was very disappointed with the quality and customer service. The owner discouraged me from inspecting the hair, saying it was packed inside a net and assuring me of its quality and density. However, once I got home and washed the bundles, I discovered multiple red and white strings, as well as tan lint balls attached to the strands. The hair also had a terrible odor, which was a major red flag.
