Mill Run — Local services in Columbus

Mill Run has been around for years and it is one of the places that I try to support so that we can keep local stores. There are a variety of stores, restaurants, and other businesses in this area. Lowe's is the anchor store of the area and it is a nice, well run and clean hardware store. This location of Lowe's offers a fabulous selection of plants. The plant care person is a wizard of plants and has the best selection of indoor plants all year round. Employees here are friendly, helpful and online pick-up is fast. Taj Palace is a authentic Indian restaurant that is delicious. Dollar Tree is a low priced store with eveything inside costing $1.25. A couple gas stations are in the area - their prices tend to be higher than other gas stations so it is not the best place to fill up the tank. Arhaus Outlet store is located within here. Arhaus is a high end furniture store and the outlet store can be described in a similar fashion - high end, high priced outlet store. Mill Run Vision Center has been in Mill Run for a long time. Dr. Schecter is a good optometrist. I've been going here for a long time and remember when the current Dr. Schecter practiced with his father. I've mentioned just a few places at Mill Run but there is so much more: Gym, medical buildings, movie theater, other restaurants, health food...

The place looked like an abandoned set from a scary movie where a murderer would hunt you down in the theater. There were barely any lights on in the entire place with no staff in sight. When we actually got in to the theater we immediately noticed it was never cleaned from the previous viewing because there were still plates and trash. We went to find a seat and it looks like this place hasn't been cleaned in weeks; popcorn crammed in seats, drinks spilled, the floor was covered in popcorn and it wasnt just one row- it was every row. On top of that I don't think they own a furnace because we had to keep our winter coats on it was so cold. Our friend pressed the call button multiple times and was never checked on by the waiter. I have never wanted to be a Karen before and complain and write a review but this was by far the worst theater I have ever been to and not worth any...

Although each shop would need its own review, this refers to the shopping center. The parking lot is a disaster to navigate. There are curbs and divides blocked ways to the roadways. It's kinda a maze, one way in, one way out.

The parking area has areas that have been resurfaced. This is an improvement since last time I was there. Although it did not look as though the entire lot has been treated.

Many of the barriers has shrubs and trees, but have been half cut down. Now remains a mess of brick and stumps, it looks really bad. Twords the buildings, the curb has been eliminated, and with no clear markings, many cars drive on the walkway. This is very unsafe, and makes it dangerous to walk as everyone is more worried about their phone, than what their car...
