We are from out of town and stopped here after we went to the zoo. We have Sonics where we live and never have had an issue. This was the most horrible experience ever at a sonic. First off the person that was taking the order seemed so rushed and couldn't answer any questions, which would be ok if they were busier. (We were the only car that was at a stall, we were at #13) and there was only 1 car in the drive thru. We ordered a #1, I said I would pay extra for a route 44 slushie in place of my drink (which is what I usually do). Well they only gave me a medium, which they charged me for (I don't have an problem with that, it's just not what I ordered) A #3 (which is the only one that there wasn't an issue with.) And a #11, we ordered sauce (which is on the receipt, but we never got, nor did we get any napkins.) We were never offered an option of 3 or 5 tenders. The tenders were not very good, and there was no onion ring. When we rang the call button again and tried to explain what happened, again we felt very rushed, but when they did come on, they advised us they didn't have any onion rings. (They could have mentioned that when we placed our order.) A few minutes later a girl came out and we were explaining the problems to her, I told her that I would just pay for the route 44 slushie, I gave her my card to place thes order, and told her that we needed napkins and sauce. Let's just say our food came out quicker then that slushie, in the meantime another girl came out to ask us what had happened as she was told there was a problem. We told her that someone else was "taking care of it" Well after about 10 minutes or so, she handed me my card, receipt and slushie, STILL no napkins or sauce. This will be one Sonic we WON'T be returning to.

I called the number provided in the reply from someone from sonic, I was provided ANOTHER number to call, that was like reliving that sonic day all over again. What a freaking joke that was. I got someone who hardly spoke or understood english. After telling him numerous times what had happened, he would repeat back what I said WRONG each time, after at least a half hour on the phone I was so frustrated, and got his report number and a pin for my report. I called today and found out the company closed it without even reaching out to me about anything. What a freaking joke. I know sonic won't miss one person. BUT NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER...
Read moreGiving this place a low rating particularly due to the way I was treated here tonight. I came through the drive through at about 9:30PM with my 2 kids and husband. I ordered a strawberry shake, an M&M sonic blast, and 2 ice cream CONES in a cup. Let me emphasize that when I placed my order for the 2 cones in a cup, the speaker in the drive-through literally repeated back my order “you want 2 cones in a cup, correct”? I confirmed yes. Ok cool. We pull around to the window where the woman hands me my order. I immediately noticed I received 2 vanilla cups with no cones. Ok, no big deal. They forgot the cones. I politely explained to the woman that I ordered 2 cones flipped down inside a cup. She immediately displayed a very disrespectful look on her face & began shaking her head no and proceeded to close the window in my face. Then I saw her through the window explaining to another worker the issue. I saw the other employee make a sour face and then she came to the window very defensive stating “you SAID icecream in a cup”! Ma’am first of all, I know for a fact I said CONES because for one thing, my kids only eat their ice cream that way. You also REPEATED the cone order back to me. Second, let me give you a tip or two about customer service. NEVER EVER argue with a customer about what YOU THINK they said. Just because YOU didn’t “hear” me say cones (which makes no sense being that you literally repeated the word “cone” back to me while taking my order) Doesn’t mean that I didn’t say it. That was extremely unprofessional. Then she proceeds to say “We don’t sell cones anyway”. Ok. WHY COULDN'T you LEAD with that?! What was the purpose in arguing with me about what you THOUGHT I said, if you never even had cones in the first place? So then I proceeded to tell this 2nd lady that the first woman handled my inquiry very disrespectfully by shaking her head, and closing the window on me. This lady immediately came back with “She doesn’t speak English”. OK. She doesn’t speak any English, she could’ve simply just told me to hold on while she checks on my inquiry, not immediately begin shaking her head no. And that still doesn’t explain whoever took my order repeating it back to me about the cones. And the crazy thing is, before we even reached the window, I was literally bragging to my husband about how I normally have good customer service at this place. Never again. Read moreI went to Sonic because i got a text saying it was 50% off night for wings. The regular price for 12 wings is $7.98. So I ordered two orders. They charged me $17.99. I asked the young man to go over my order because they charged me too much for the wings. He insisted that the bill was correct. I showed him the text and said that if it was 50% off, I should only have to pay $8.00 for the two orders. His reply was "well, did you say you had a coupon when you placed your order?" I told him yes, I did. That's why I came there in the first place. He said "well.... if you did tell us that, then we would of only charged you for one order which is what we did." I asked him to look at the order again and he read it off to me with a nasty attitude. Then he again said that he only charged me half price. He had a girl bring my order to me. I asked her how much the wings were and after she told me, I said that I was overcharged. Her reply was that they took the discount off at the bottom of the receipt. I said it was not there. Finally, she looked at the reciept, took it from me and closed the window. After several minutes of discussing this with the original guy, she finally came back and said, "here's your $8.00 and shut the window. Oh, I had also ordered onion rings at the window because the girl taking the order kept asking me to repeat myself while placing the order and I forgot to ask for them. Those were $2.97. I should of checked my bags before I drove away, but I didn't. My mistake because when I got home I realized that they gave me two small orders of fries, which were supposed to be large and No onion rings. We have been going to Sonic for quite awhile and normally the order is always correct and the employees nice. But, clearly that was not the case tonight. I have never received such terrible service as I did tonight. My advice, check your reciept. Make sure you're not being over charged. And, to the manager of this Sonic, you need to talk to...
