8/15/2025 visit: Our faces were slapped HARD against the mat on the green slide within 10 minutes of arriving. My husband's left side was hit and his eye was swollen but he moved on. My face took a harder hit and I asked for an ice pack from the front desk (Nelia? and her co-worker), they gave me one and moved on about their business. It wasnt until I approached them again, with the head Manager present, the only older woman working there who I only ever saw roaming around once. Six employees were just standing around. I attempted to talk to the older woman, but not one person said to me, may I help you? I had to call out to someone, that I wanted my money back. I asked for a refund of my pass and then they started to show empathy and ask questions when you clearly see that my face and lip is swollen and bleeding. I was told that it happens often, but they haven't changed anything about the mats at the end of the slide, which caused the injury for me and others.
If it weren't for the basketball court, my 11 and 13 year old would've been ready to go within 20 minutes. I could take them somewhere else to play basketball for less than $35 each. Some slides were fun but would prefer the option to go feet first and not face first on some slides. They require you to ride face first on all rides. Their socks are also required and not grip socks from say SkyZone, when again the socks aren't used for the slides (you cant go feet first) and are pointless to specifically use their socks if it's just for going to the next slide or playing basketball. It's all a money grab spot, $28.99 for 90 minutes and $5 for socks, and I didn't like their customer service. The employees were friendly, but could use additional training for situations like these. They all just seemed very clueless, timid, and ill equipped by Slick City to address difficult situations, even the only...
Read moreWe came today to celebrate my son's 12th birthday and wasn't quite sure what to expect. We had a blast, adults and children. You do have to have their brand of socks, we brought our old trampoline park socks and those didnt work for some reason, so just know you'll need to account for the purchase of socks. I would reccommend long sleeves/pants. We all wore pants but wore short sleeves and ended up with slide burns on our elbows. For my big chested mamas, where a real supportive sports bra! There are pay per hour lockers available, but they do not allow outside food and drink.
You go down all slides on your belly, face first on a mat. Which was unexpected for me atleast but it definitely made it more fun! There's an arcade. A place to buy food. A place designated for kids under 3. And 2 basket ball courts (pn like foam/bouncy floors) in addition to the slides.
We bought 90 min passes and I feel like that was the perfect time for my group. We all had a blast and laughed so hard. It was the perfect place to let the kids run wild and my husband and I got to go do slides together.
The staff however made the experience next level. Every one was so friendly, informative and kind. Naleah, I think she said she was the assistant manager, and I hope I spelled her name right. But she went above and beyond for my kids and was so kind and friendly to both my boys. She made their day. It's people like her that make places magical! We will definitely be...
Read moreI took my kids here for a day of fun and play. We did the 2-hour session. It was a little expensive (about $33 per person), especially since for the first 45 min, they were scared to go down anything. I think they would have enjoyed going down the slides more if they could have gone down on their butts, but they are not allowed. They have to go down on a mat on their belly holding the mat. Within the first 10 minutes of being there, the kids saw a woman bounce and hit her face and break her nose with blood coming down, so that did not help either. 🫤 Finally, they attempted the least scary looking slides and went back and forth between an orange one, a large yellow one, and the white ones. There were still slides they didn't try by the time that we left. The kids said the scariest part is that the slides are so steep when you're lying on your belly that you can't see where you are going. There was a small climbing area that they wanted to try, but it was for the junior sliders only. Overall, they had fun, but i dont think its going to be a regular place for them to go. They said they prefer...
