Spudzilla Monster Loaded Potatoes & More! — Restaurant in Columbus

The service was started when I called and asked about their website and why it didn’t show anything! I like to know all the ingredients of the dish before I walk in and order but the website didn’t have anything on there! The lady I spoke to on the phone (very sweet and friendly) said she would have to ask a manager. The manager gets on the phone and was extremely rude and told me Door Dash has it on there, and didn’t speak after saying that! So me and my father go up there even after that experience maybe that was our mistake we both got the chicken Alfredo spud, and it looked good when it came out, but when we started eating it both me and my father were very unimpressed! It didn’t have any flavor, both of our potatoes was under cooked and the chicken was really dry the Alfredo was only tasting like burnt cheese and it wasn’t filling both of us got a regular size spud and it didn’t fill us up at all we ended up going to Dairy Queen to get something filling and cheap because the prices were a bit high in our opinion for food that wasn’t good and not filling! Right before we got to DQ both me and my father felt sick and very nauseous but powered through! I would not waste your money going here the food is not good at all, and the manger needs a new job! The only thing that was good about the experience was the restaurant was clean and the girl behind the register was really nice...

OMG!!!! If you love baked potatoes (comfort food).like I do you have to try this place.. they have only been there for about five months.. it used to be Ice Queen.. You get a big metal container full of baked potato with all the toppings you chose. My daughter and I chose the broccoli and cheese spudzilla and my husband ordered the regular one with cheese, bacon, sour cream, and green onions..and they are not stingy with the toppings..I asked for extra sour cream and they loaded it on without charging me for extra like most food places do...and let me tell you....IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!! We ate in the outside area and the nice guy that served us came out and checked on us and refilled our drinks..he was very polite and helpful being it was our first time eating there..The regular size was around 13 dollars and the large was around 17$.. but you get a lot of food even in the regular size..none of us could eat the whole thing so we took it home and heated them up for lunch the next day.. They have lots of other stuff to eat also. We will definitely be going back again.. especially now that it's getting colder. So if my review helps, you decide to try them out.. tell them Misty sent...

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We walked in and maybe two people were in the establishment. One person was checking out and another was sitting. The cashier nor the cook greeted us. When the cashier came over to the food area she mumbled that she would be with us in a moment. Ok cool. My boyfriend was debating on ordering the ox tails and proceeded to ask her if he could see them (because the lids were covering all the food) she gave him this death stare, then said they were in the back. At this moment I knew the service was gonna continue to go down hill. She finished servicing those ahead of us and then proceeded to take our order while be completely disengaged. She then rang us up and walked off. We sat waiting for God knows what because she never communicated to us what we were now waiting on and it wasn’t the food because we watched her plate the food. Then about 10 minutes later she bagged our food, and gave it to us. I tried once again to be polite and I said “Thank you” she just stared and didn’t say anything back. I say all that to say this if I’m paying practically $70 for TWO meals the least I could receive is DECENT...
