Hey one star rating in this situation is very generous I'll give you guys zero or negative stats if they let me. These guys shouldn't even be in business. Not to mention they're just getting as bad as Dunkin donuts that's not worse. At the experience I had there yesterday I'm probably just going to stop and buy my coffee at Walmart and make my own coffee at home and save myself some money along the way. Dear management and employees at Starbucks you need to learn to listen. Customer service rule number one. The customer is always right even when they're wrong. This establishment obviously doesn't care about wait times as is always a line around the drive-thru constantly waiting 20 to 30 minutes in the Drive-Thru is absolutely absurd. They have mobile orders and people in line now if you're in line mobile orders first when it should be separated you should have two people three people doing the mobile or is as they come in and a couple people doing the walk in to make it faster but after all this is Starbucks. Mobile orders take presidents over you which is wrong without a separate line too and have a couple people work on mobile orders while you have a couple people work on those who walk in because the line around that store is always busy crazy so obviously they don't care. I will say for the South that's known on Southern hospitality this is a place you don't want to go because they don't know what southern hospitality means. The employees are rude store is unclean we won't even talk about the bathrooms which is the very reason that I walk out of the establishment. Was just say if a health inspector came through and look at the inside of that building and the bathroom when I went through the other day they'd shut that place down for good. Yeah let's talk about that negative five star customer service. I am okay with repeating an order one time. But yesterday I had to repeat your four times the person taking my order was talking to other people I could hear him on the microphone and they never repeated the order back to me. Oh wokebucks won't you ever learn. So hopefully management resist and takes you to that because I actually reported them to the health inspector. But hey you continue to show up there and pay over price for your coffee and get rude people and an unclean...
Read moreI can not give this anything higher than average. There is a Starbucks on what seems to be every street corner of a large city, especially in the North West United States, there is nothing new, innovative, quaint or special about this location. Every Starbucks you get exactly the same thing, made exactly the same way in a store with the same decor with very few exceptions. Every store operates exactly what the cooperate office states they will, carries what they are told to and serves what they are told will be in season.
What you know is you will get what you expect, fairly good, consistent tasting coffee, reasonably friendly service, with a bathroom that likely needs cleaning, and most likely only a "Green" hand dryer so you have no choice but to grab the bathroom handle with your bare hands to leave, only in hopes the last guy washed his hands (this location actually had a choice for paper towels).
In my opinion EXPLORE, try new and different things, visit the small guy, you may be surprised or you may be let down. You will get out and have expanded your horizons, tastes and likely pick up some knowledge from that local shop owner that is passionate about the beverage they brew, rather than taking the same thing from the kid being paid the minimum it takes to get someone to work in the area. Your hard earned money will be more likely to stay local, rather than go to a national or multinational conglomerate.
So why did I stop? We had been on the road for a couple of days, we were both tired and wanted a Latte, and we hadn't seen a local coffee house in hours. I knew I could get the same old thing that I like, with a huge helping...
Read moreThis used to be my favorite Starbucks in Columbus. The one on Veterans was always slower so this one on Bradley Park was my go to, ALWAYS. In the last few months, alot of employees have changed. I've put up with the long wait times and more often than not, my Venti only being a little more than half full...my husband asks why I don't say anything and it's basically because I do not want piss the employees off anymore than they appear to be. I went in the evening a few days ago. There was 2 people ahead of me. I waited for nearly 20 minutes. More than half of that time, I was at the window. I could see 4 employees. The one at the window was doing nothing but talking to another employee, while she was working, but she was emptying trash cans. Another employee was sweeping and talking over the counter to the other two. One employee was just walking around, while I'm sure she was doing something, just not sure what. The one that was walking around, eventually got around to making my coffee and the guy at the window said "I am sorry for the delay." I just drove away. When you have the drive through line all the way around the building and a few customers inside, leave the sweeping and garbage and get the customers taken care of. Maybe they need some more customer oriented training....be nicer. I remember when most of the employees either knew my order or...
