I limit the places that I go and spend money with now a days because the customer service SUCKS! I was excited to find a location that made my coffee how I like it and the staff was amazing, but it seems that’s only when Starrs around. The fact that I sat inside for 10-15 minutes waiting on a drink & 2 pup cups is ridiculous. The funny thing is u chose to go inside because the line was so long but once I was tired of being made to wait so that the staff could discuss and giggle and the names on peoples mobile orders I asked for my refund and to my surprise went I got outside THERE WAS NO LINE!!! I’m pissed I wasted my break and left my tip in that jar because they didn’t deserve it. And they were training 2 new associates hopefully they do way better than those that were on staff facilitating the training
UPDATE: My brother went for me with the screenshot of my order that the associate refused to look at and my drink was not made how the usual crew makes it. I know the strong associates can’t always be the clock but there should definitely be at least one or two at all teams because they are struggling today
UPDATE: somebody PLEASE train Abby on an upside down iced caramel Machiatto, I originally ordered delivery Friday didn’t think it was coming from Easton, went to my neighborhood Starbucks because the delivery order was wrong but the replacement was wrong as well. Went Saturday morning and the same thing happened I ordered and upside down iced caramel machiatto and it looked like a caramel coffee…never have you EVER had to ask for cold foam on a freaking machiatto. Read moreNever in my life did I ever left bad review for Starbucks and I am person that goes atleast twice a day including my kids. This place is right at my community townpark. This is the second time that the order takers front person has been rude. Tonight at 9:15pm my daughter order her drink they did not have the fruits that goes in the drink or they just did not want due to closing time that was ok we still got the drink also asked for brownie the way she said no so quick we do not have it tells you she lied when we got to the window she expected me to tip so I press no tip and she laugh and gave me the drink close the window so hard. They are nasty workers Starbucks do better continue to have this individuals working at this location I will let my community know about it and will not have our business. Stop hiring nasty employees and they need to stop lying about not having things on the menu. It could be early afternoon or night just because they don’t want to work. Read moreSecond time at this location and everyone has been so friendly and drinks are perfect!! Main reason I'm writing this is to spotlight Tanisha (so sorry if I misspelled your name!)! No one has ever recommended a drink to me before at ANY Starbucks unless I ask, and she did it so seamlessly through the drive thru without missing a beat! Had no idea you could add cold foam to any other drink other than cold brew... She said 'it saves lives'.. She wasn't wrong!! 🖤
And for those complaining about the wait time... I did to wait about 25-30 minutes my first time in lobby...BUT they literally only had 3 people on staff that morning and those ladies busted their way through orders and drinks while being kind to EVERY customer, apologizing for the wait, and never stopping (also not to mention not being distracted on their cell phones like most customer service is these days). If you want it quicker... order online earlier in the day...simple as that! You can't fault the employees for being understaffed...this is most places! They deserve FIVE...
