Worst Subway in Columbus. No communication, no urgency, rude, talking badly about customers in front of us. Took over 5 minutes for them to even acknowledge me when nobody else was in line while whoever the cashier was was joking around and carrying on a conversation when there were customers waiting. When they finally did, they took their time with everything. When my sandwich was done roasting, they left it to the side for at least 3 minutes before actually putting in behind the order they were doing before me. Meaning the man who was sitting down waiting for his order was waiting for his 2 sandwiches and a salad for at least 10 minutes and it wasn’t even close to done. At this point i’m annoyed, hangry, and I have to be at work in an hour and still have more adulting to do. Seeming at the cashiers behavior, she has to be a minor because I can’t believe they would hire an adult who acts like that. Then she tries to have a conversation with me 30 seconds after smack talking customers who had already left. I refuse to have a conversation and at this point just want my damn food. She gets snappy and we go back and forth. Her manager does absolutely nothing while her employee is acting a fool. Jamie is the managers name and this is ridiculous. The coworker refused to give her name but she was a bit taller, long nails, with puffs as her hairstyle. Once Jamie finally decided to step in, her employee wouldn’t stop and it was obvious Jamie didn’t care enough to take an authoritative action. If you hate your job, stay home. Waste of time. I walked out. Disgusting behavior. It’s my fault though, should’ve learned my lesson the last two times i came and they acted fools then. It’s not just one employee, it’s all of them. Read moreI would rate my experience a 0 but that's not possible, so I'll rate it a 1. The night crew was trash. There was a big guy and a small, petite girl working. They were unfriendly, didn't care about the quality of the service they provided. We walked in, they didn't greet us. They made it seem like they were unhappy with customers walking in.. the store was empty. No customer in sight. They weren't even busy. We let them know that we are about to order 4 ft. longs... the big guy closed his eyes in disappointment like God forbid he has to work, while he's at work. The girl had no basic training with sandwich making. She literally piled lettuce on one side of the sandwich - like why wouldn't you equally spread it out? It's common sense. At that point we just accepted that this wasn't going to get any better and it's no point in expressing dissatisfaction. To strike a conversation, I asked what time were they choosing. Read moreWent to this location a little over an hour before they closed, and the sitting area and the bathrooms were already blocked off. Two young females were working. Really, only one was working. The other was just messing up stuff. I got 3 sandwiches and it was a nightmare. Got the All American Club grilled - she left it in the oven so long the bread burned. When I asked that the sandwich be made again she gave me lots of attitude but the bread could not be eaten that way. Then she didn't listen when putting the vegetables and sauces on the sandwich and covered one in mustard that had to be made again. Had to change sandwiches with that one because that was the last of that kind of meat. It was just a disaster.
