I have been regularly frequently here since shortly after opening. In the beginning, the coffee was amazing!!! I lived for several years in the Seattle area and it can be a challenge to find a coffee place here that's comparable. In the beginning, I could almost close my eyes and every drink tasted like I was back in Seattle. But then over time, the quality has gone downhill. I have a very a drink order due to medical restrictions. Primarily due to cardiac issues. The last 2 times I ordered for myself, I had to take my emergency heart meds and came very close to being in the hospital. While I was told that there was no caffeine in my drink, my heart going into distress spoke otherwise. Your employees need to grasp the seriousness in that a complacent mistake can have a catastrophic consequence for people. And then today.... I got an order for my daughter and her coworkers. I read the order to the girl several times and she repeated it back to me. I didn't realize until dropping the drinks(5 in total paying almost $40) off that one of them was wrong. It was supposed to be a cold brew cold foam drink but there was no cold foam in it. And when the person who got the drink tried it, it didn't taste at all like what it was supposed to be(butter pecan). I called and was told "well you weren't charged for the cold foam". I told the person on the phone that i had verified several times for all the drinks and it was even read back being correct. I was then told I would be refunded for the drink. My daughter's coworker decided she just wanted it remade and when my daughter called, she was told that they would not remake. Mind you, this order was for some very busy nurses who work at one of the emergency rooms here. Between my own personal past 2 experiences causing cardiac events, and the experience today, it's such a disappointment that your business that started out so amazing has more cost you...

When a group of teens knows your story without knowing your story still takes care of you to the point where you pull up on them order it and they almost beat you back to your house yeah that's why they get it.
Tell me how to write a sentence. Gr8 Job cuz you got to meet me, help me spread the word please.
For the two one-star commenters, enjoy your removal. Reason being one of you didn't even leave anything, while the other just left some needlessly dumb comment.
Sorry no pictures, they're posted on doordash though. Hey y'all...
Read moreIf I come to town, more than likely, I'm stopping here. The BEST smoothie and cold foam I've had.
The smoothies aren't too sweet and keep their viscosity for a while. They also freeze well and give a sorbet feeling. My favorite so far is peach, strawberry and pineapple.
The cold foam is the best because it doesn't dissolve quickly. It lasts through an entire 16 Oz drink. The coffee is not bitter. A chocolate covered espresso bean is placed on top of non-child drinks. You can buy bags of them. I get the teal bag. It lasts me a while and is a nice treat if I'm not going to town.
The sausage waffle sandwich is better than a MnGriddle at McDonald's. The waffle has some crispness but also so soft....
