Worst experience with a Tim Hortons and I will never go back to this location letās first start with as I was trying to order on the speaker employees were laughing and talking so loudly the whole time I could barely think of what I was trying to order and as Iām ordering doughnuts š© I got interrupted rudely with how many more of these are you going to order? As in I was ordering to much for this guys liking . I got to the window to realize I forgot to ask for a sprite for my young son . So I asked the lady if I could add it on and she was completely rude saying they have a no window add on policy . I said I understand but there is no one behind me could you please just add it on . No I canāt we have a no add on policy . I said so you mean to tell me that I need to drive all the way back around to the speaker to add on a sprite for my young son ? Yes thatās exactly what Iām telling you she responds with . Then the lady proceeded to hand me two large hot chocolates so I said are these large ? She rudely responds Yes I said I ordered two small for my young kids . She argued with me saying I ordered large and I said No I didnāt . As she hands them to me they were scolding hot with no sleeve burning my hand . Unbelievable my kids had to wait 20 minutes to drink their hot chocolates because the cups were scolding hot . So because they wanted to be rude and not allow me to get my son a sprite I went next store and gave the rest of my business to burger kind . Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've been coming to this Tim Horton's nearly every morning for a year or more. It's always a super quick trip, they are very good about getting people in and out of the drive thru. Granted my order is generally just a big black coffee (or BBC if you will), but they're quick with everyone's orders.
Well earlier this week I ordered a scrambled egg loaded box and I get to the window and I pay for it. The incredibly kind woman at the window asked me to pull to the front and they'd bring it out. A few minutes passed and finally another girl came out and said she was so sorry but they didn't have everything they needed available to make the box and asked if I wanted anything else. I said no thank you, I had already got my coffee and just didn't feel like reselecting anything else so I left.
I was disappointed for sure - I didn't get my food and I paid for it. I thought about calling in to see if they would credit it to me for next time, but I never did call in to complain or talk to anyone.
Well, today (several days later) I ordered the box again with my BBC, and I get to the window and that same incredibly kind woman was working the window again and she said, "I'm so sorry about last time - I'm not gonna charge you for the box, it'll just be $2.85 for the coffee."
That's wild right? In today's environment? For someone to remember a situation like that (seeing hundreds of customers a day no doubt), remember me specifically, and to take care of the issue without a word spoken - several days later - is actually amazing. HUGE shoutout to the team working mornings at this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreSunday May 5th around 11am. This had to be the worst customer service I've ever encountered. A couple in front of me was ordering their food and the cashier Pedro was calling over to the other employee Victoria asking about a sandwich and she rudely barks back at him asking why he would build it that way. They continue to go back and forth arguing with eachother in front of everyone and making childish comments. That went on for almost the entire time I was there. I stood there waiting for about 4-5 minutes as he prepared the couples order when another employee finally came over to ask for my order. I just wanted a doughnut. I couldn't imagine if this location was actually busy. There is a lack of management at this location and some serious training needs to happen. Won't be coming back.
To add to this, as I pulled up an angry looking customer is storming back inside with food in his hand as if he received the wrong order. Also what appeared to be a manager, was complaining to the other employees that she was supposed to be gone by 11 at 11:15 as she was cleaning or putting some kind of trays back out. These things also didn't contribute to the already not great experience...
After posting this review I also saw that other customers had issues with the Sunday crew. Very sad. Tim Hortons...
