Wow. Where do i even start? I met one of my business partners at his home today. He wanted to grab lunch. For some reason he wanted a sub. I don't care for subs so I picked up Chinese. We went to firehouse. My friend bought a meal and I brought in my Chinese food and went up and bought a drink. I set my food down on a table first. The elderly blonde owner checked me out with such an attitude. While I was eating I heard her chastise and talk down to the employees. A gentleman was leaving shaking his head. Every time I go to get a sub here it’s a 25-30 minute wait They make all the online orders and door dash orders before they make the orders of people who are standing directly in front of them. Its happens every time I go. I pay and sit there and watch 15-20 subs get made before they ever start on mine.I understand all orders have to be made but when someone is roving to some get a sub and someone is standing directly in front of you waiting for their sub I would think the customer in store would get priority. Read moreI walked in with my spouse intending to redeem points for a free sub using our Firehouse Subs rewards account. When the attendant asked if we’d like to use the account, we said yes and informed him that we wanted to use our points toward a free sub.
To our surprise, he rudely told us, “You can use it next time.” We clarified that we wanted to use the points today, but he dismissed us and insisted, “No, use it next time,” without any explanation or willingness to help.
