I hate leaving bad reviews because there is enough negativity in the world, and I try to only leave good reviews, but today I was just surprised. I went through the drive through, ordered some bagels to take home, a donut, and a grilled cheese. I paid for my order, got my bag of food, and pulled into a parking spot to eat. Perfect. The girl was nice, though she seemed in a hurry because of all the cars behind in line, so as I sat there, I wondered if she was the only one working today. I ate the donut and was looking for the grilled cheese when I realized it wasn't in the bag. Mistakes happen, and I was just going to disregard it and go about my day, until I noticed the drive-through was now empty (according to my receipt, 4 minutes had passed). I had my 4 month old puppy in the car, otherwise, I would have tried to walk inside. Anyway, since no one was in line anymore, I figured I might as well ask for the grilled cheese. I pulled back up to the drive-through window, but she wasn't there. Another young lady was standing behind the register at the regular counter, not helping anyone. It took a minute to get her attention, but she just waved me away and continued standing there. She wasn't helping anyone else, there was no one else around, and so I didn't know what to do. Finally, she walked away completely. So I sat in the drive-through for another minute before realizing no one was interested in helping me, and I left. I understand people make mistakes, so I wasn't upset about the missing grilled cheese, but the lack of effort to even see what my problem was when I had my receipt in hand really...
Read moreWe were 3 people and wanted to get 2 breakfast sandwiches, timbits, bagel, coffee and 2 iced coffee. I tried to use coupons that came in mail, and I was told I could use only one! I I was thinking whether to buy with full price or leave the place and go for ihops. Then I asked another cashier if he could do in multiple transactions. He unhappily said ok, and did 4 transactions expressing his frustration and didn't even pay attention to my order. Why do you send these coupons and clutter my Mail box if you don't want to honor them? Why don't your accept in one transaction? Your system is making both your employees and customers frustrated. And coming to the order, he didn't put sugar and milk in iced coffee, just poured coffee in ice ang and gave it. When I asked for milk, he gave 2 creamers. I specifically mentioned not to put sausage on breakfast sandwiches, but he put sausage. He even didn't give coffee. I was waiting for coffee and he forgot. Them I asked, he said I didn't order coffee. I reminded him I ordered coffee with creamers, then he asked someone to give coffee. There were no napkins provided and they were not kept anywhere . The cashiers attitude...
Read moreWe went through the drive-thru this morning and ordered a large Ice coffee and 3 donuts- after ordering my 2 year old said he wanted a sprinkle donut no biggie we will just tell the people at the window right? We got to the window asked if we could put another donut on before they handed us our food. The guy said well did you order it- no we would like to add it please. I quote “How could you be so rude when you have a line of people behind you no I’m not going to add it to the order”. So we left in shock that we even had to have a conversation like this in regards to a donut….. We spent more time talking about it then it would have taken the guy to put the donut on the order. Never have I experienced such customer service in my life that left me speech less . The way he spoke to us and treated us as though we was a child? That’s not how you treat your paying customers especially when it would have taken him 2 seconds to do his job. Just moved to Ohio will never return to this Tim Hortons for this reason alone. You either need to train this individual better or he does not need to be in customer service. This happened around...
