Wendy's — Restaurant in Columbus

I came here traveling on The way back after the classics game on November 9 and the workers were so unprofessional, not just in my opinion, but my entire busload of peers agreed. The girl taking orders was extremely slow and instead of paying attention to the customers she’s asking a coworker about her lashes. I placed a mobile order and it took them 20 minutes just to get my mobile order ready after serving it off their screen saying it was ready. They served five people who ordered after me first before me. then when I went to ask the manager on duty about the order, she had an entire attitude with me when she was the one that served the order off the screen. Also to add on the food was extremely cold, including the fries. The nuggets were old and as someone who works in fast food myself- They definitely did not handle having a bus correctly.. my friend went in maybe 10 minutes after me and ordered a single small frosty and the guy in the window that wears glasses he’s telling her the machine is broke and that they’re closed with an attitude and the manager on duty again is allowing it. The store also was very dirty. The bathrooms were dirty and tables were unkept. I definitely will not be eating here and if you are someone who looks at reviews, I would Highly recommend You not dine in at...

Latest visit: we tried the new Italian mozzarella chicken sandwhich. It was very good. Chicken was tender and juicy. My only complaint (and my husband's) was that it was a bit on the salty side. I think if they had put more sauce on it - it would have balanced the saltiness. They did not put very much sauce. But it was delish! Gigged them 1 star because of the saltiness and small amount of sauce. All else was fantastic!

Wendy's always has a long line for the drive thru. I've seen it as long as the cars were almost to the street. I think their dining room is closed. Covid and all. But mmmm mmmmm good! I got the chicken sandwich with the bacon sauce and those crispy fried onions oh scrumdleeushush! My husband got the same thing only with beef. We got lucky and the line was almost non-existant. It was fast and friendly. Oh and don't get me started on their new fries. OMG they're everything as advertised and much more. So crispy and just the right amount of salt. Y'all out there who like to dip their fries in your frosties - you're in for a real treat I would think. I don't do that so I wouldn't really know. Just seems like it would be awesome cuz of the new fries. Yummy guys! Go here or to some Wendy's and you'll be glad...

Every single time I come to this wendys not only is the service super slow but they always ALWAYS without fail mess up the order some kinda way . Whether it's missing food or not following request like only ketchup it's always a screw up... today got 2 kids meal one a cheeseburger ketchup only and one chicken nuggets kids meal... I myself asked for a large fry and and large chili. My husband got a burger combo. We had to pull up to wait at 12 o'clock pm. Which is insane for lunch rush ..you should be prepared. Once we get the food I'm missing a large fry so I have to take my hangry self into the store and I meet the manager he gets me a hot large fry and I'm out the door.. great I guess 🙄 but then I get home to get my kids squared away and I notice I got 2 chicken nugget kids meals instead of the burger my 3 year old requested and if your a mom ... you know this wasnt fun ... anyway it's really becoming worth driving to ANY other wendys...
