Unfortunately Wendy's Baconator was a hard pill to swallow. As a customer of Wendy's you expect to have great customer service and great food but on 7/17 /19 I was highly disappointed let down by the Wendy's Corporation only because I pay for a great burger that you advertise and I get this. Came to have lunch with a few friends and enjoy the day unfortunately I was very nervous... made myself upset and sick because I felt something was done to this burger after re fixing this burger. as a young man with dreads stood at the counter, who was supposed to be in the back... waiting for me to take a bite.... made it so very suspicious that something was done to this Berger.... I pray to God that I don't have the ugly spirit bestowed upon me from the management and cook team at this Wendy's on Whittlesey Road in Columbus Georgia. Look, I know I came late, but also, they are open late and those employees are still collecting pay as they're clocked in! They were trying to wait me out at the drive thru, then when someone answered after I hollered hello, I couldn't get a frosty because they didn't feel like it, I guess, and the burger was so cold, like they took it out of a bag they were about to throw away. The fries were the only good thing. It was 29 min before close. I get it you wanna go home, well, I'm still working. You're still "at work". One of those times they were even closed before closing hours and had the audacity to be hanging out outside the building. This time I was having trouble ordering what I wanted. When I described to the lady what I was trying to get she rang me up for the very thing I said I didn’t want. And got annoyed with ME. When I got around to pay the other woman at least greeted me instead of just blurting my ticket price which they normally do, but I asked could they add pickles to my sandwich if it wasn’t too late and I was ignored.
