Would give 0 stars if I could. To begin the speaker at the drive thru had 2 notes on it, "Our headsets are dead, pull to window or order online" and "WE HAVE NO ICE". We order on the app while waiting in line, order the Bourbon Bacon Cheesburger, and the Crispy Chicken Sandwich meals. Get to the window and its like I've entered the twilight zone. Employees just walking around on their phones, laughing and horeseplaying. No sense of this being a business. Get our drinks first. Both coke. Both obviously with no ice, but also with zero carbonation. Ask cashier about it to which she replies "what is carbonation?" Get new drinks. Mello Yello. Also zero carbonation and they had a funny taste in them. Just off. Ended up throwing all the drinks away. Including the cokes since they refused to take them back through the window. There is no trashcan in the drive thru by the way. So we had to carry 4 drinks home to throw away. On to the food. They inform us at the window as well, they are out of chicken. Asks if spicy is okay. Yeah I guess. Ended up being very dry and not tasty. The bourbon bacon cheeseburger was terrible. Tasted really strong like pepper, the Crispy onions were just burnt rings of butter and there were thankfully only a few of them on the sandwich. The meat was a really odd texture and tasted bad. To sum up- no batteries for headsets, no ice, no carbonation in drinks, no chicken, no professionalism, no courtesy, and terrible food. Wendy's is one of my top favorite fast food joints. I have never seen one perform this bad. Literally ruined my night. Will...
Read moreHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - I would give it NO STARS, IF I COULD. I took a Wendy's Corporate coupon, for taking a survey, into this location. The manager on duty tried to charge me, $3.00 when the coupon CLEARLY stated FREE, Dave's Single or Chicken Sandwich, with the purchase of a Premium Sandwich.
She flat out refused, and when I read the back of the coupon to her, she HOLLERS out, "DON'T disrespect me in my store." I stated that she was the one being disrespectful. She told me to get out of her store, my response was, I have an order in and I expect to be served, at the price indicated. Otherwise, I was going to make a real nasty call to corporate. She threatened to call the police, and did. The last thing that I got was a picture of her giving me the finger. A very VERY unprofessional way to handle any situation.
I will never go back to this location again, and I highly recommend that others do the same.
This is not the first time I have received inferior product, incorrect preparation, or rude service at this location.
I frequent various Wendy's in the area on a regular basis, and 50+ years ago, I even worked for Wendy's. I would hate to think that this is considered appropriate behavior from a Wendy's manager. I am beginning to rethink visiting Wendy's...
Read moreVery disappointed. This location seems to be arranged for drive-through and online orders only, and is completely unprepared for walk-in patrons. Upon entering, I saw that the only counter had a sign above it saying "Pick Up Orders Here," with nowhere visible to place an order and no menus posted. An employee came from around the counter and grudgingly led me to a little improvised-looking desk off to the side, where he took my order, but his manner was so resentful and annoyed that it was obvious he thought I was wasting his time. After I had waited twenty minutes in the empty dining room, the same employee asked me if I was still waiting for anything. I told him I hadn't received the food I ordered yet. He checked the computer and told me they had accidentally given my order to someone else and would refund what I paid. No apologies, no attempt to make things right. I have never felt less welcome in any restaurant. In the future I'll avoid this location and any others using this new configuration where walk-in patrons are treated like...
