Wingstop — Restaurant in Columbus

It is always something with Wingstop! Especially this location. They can’t keep workers and constantly changing workers and managers! They are all young and rude! And if i go a step further i would even call it Ghetto!

Today me and my husband placed orders for pick up at 6:30pm. I saw at 6pm i would not make it to the location in time. I tried to call at 6pm and they didn't answer. I said “oh well its my fault i have a Microwave” i get to the location around 7pm-7:20pm. I get my food and take it home i go to microwave it and see that they messed up my order instead of 10 wings and 5 boneless wings i have 10 boneless wings and the other 5 boneless wings not 10 bone in wings. I call the location they put me on hold and hang up! At this point its almost 8pm so i head to wingstop and call while driving and a young man answers i tell him hey i got my food and it is wrong is there anyway u guys can remake the whole order since i will have to wait for you to make the 10 piece wings and since i have to turn around in traffic. He says yes.

I get there and the manager is accusing me of trying to get hot food when i was the one late. So i told her “that isn't even the point you still messed up my food” i would be turning around coming back even if i was on time! She had a whole attitude and swung her big butt and braids and went to the back didn't tell me if she was correcting the food or remaking the whole order! Even the worker at the front said “is she remaking the order what’s going on?” I told him “i have no idea!” So i sit down and eventually she calls my name and than tells him to pass the food to me because she didn't want to!

All these wingstop are always so ghetto and lack customer service! Like wingstop is only paying you enough to live on welfare! Why would u truly care about remaking the rest of the order. She remade the fries and fixed the wings but threw the cold boneless wings that went along with my order in the bag to be an Ahole.

Ordered from the e broad street location through their website for delivery, nowhere did it say it would be delivered thru DoorDash or I would not have ordered, because door dash always screws something up. They did not bring my blue cheese dressing , which I love, and I dip my wings in it. I also paid for celery and a large blue cheese and paid for both. My order was delivered without the blue cheese dressing. I called the store, they Asked if I wanted a credit for it and I said no, I want the blue cheese. I waited 45 minutes and called back, was told she would call the dasher and see what’s going on...and she said she would call me back but DID NOT. I called the store today to get a remake, spoke to the manager and explained the situation and she said I would need a receipt to make it right. I told her I have the wings from days ago untouched, but that didn’t matter to her. I will not give another dollar to this business as a result. What a shame. A poor manager will ruin a good business!

Update 10/30/19 ordered again, same thing happened despite calling the store to make sure we got the blue cheese, . Called the store manager Nikki explained what happened and this wasnt the first time etc and she asked who we talked to when we called in about the blue cheese, because she didn't recall us calling in...at this point I became angry and she said since you want to be rude you can hold on. she was incredibly rude, put me on hold for at least 5 minutes and put a young girl on the phone who said they couldn't do anything about it, she said, "it's only blue cheese" and when I asked her name she refused to give it to me. The store manager apparently didn't train his people better like he said he would after I wrote the first...

Staff was friendly, maybe be I'm biased and grew up in a time where customer service mattered tremendously and was at the very least, expected to be exceptional. Now, "yeah", "maybe", and my favorite! "I don't know" accompanied by a deer in headlights look, is acceptable, and unfortunately common practice. I too am responsible for creating this narrative as I have teenage children in the work force with made up illnesses they have found on Google. They have poor social skills and text friends sitting right next to them. They call me from another room 10ft away asking for a drink because they are just to tired from school, a couple hours of making sandwiches which is manual labor comparable to working all day on a chain gang, AND they had to do dishes and bring their laundry to me. My gosh, what was I thinking! Let me run that right to you is there anything else you could use? So yes, I'm sure another teenager would have given 6 out of 5 stars.

Food is subpar, I've had the pleasure of eating wings at 4th and Goal, Main St Reynoldsburg OH. There is no comparison. I had the garlic parmesan at both eateries.
