Around 7:45 this morning I pulled into the restaurant and noticed the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building so I decided to go inside where there was only one lady waiting. Upon entering the building, I was not greeted at all by either of the two employees working but rather the other lady standing in line asking me if they were open. After waiting for 5mins, one of the employees finally noticed me and the other lady but didn't say a word. I tried to get her attention but she ignored me. Finally I was able to get her attention and she very rudely told me that it was drive-thru only ( if it's drive-thru only, there should be a sign on the door or all the doors shouldn't be unlocked) I got back into my car, waited in line, finally got up to the speaker and ordered a peppermint mocha for my morning and was again, very rudely told that they didn't have those.. Im sitting there thinking to myself, they are literally advertising them all over the building and drive-thru, how could they not have them? The lady was so rude to me about ordering my ocffee I ended up driving away. This is honestly one of the worst locations ever. Read moreTerrible experience. Second time having a rude and disappointing experience at this location. I ordered my food 1 hour early to be ready, it was “ready” as they told me, but missing part of the order. I got In-line to order an additional 2 items. They did not help me and the other person at the counter for over 15 minutes while they only helped with the drive thru line. I expressed my frustrations and was met with arguing and dismissal. When I mentioned my missing items, again there was a rude response and then given to me. When I mentioned I was missing a donut from my 3 donut order, she checked to make sure and then checked again before believing me. As I went to my car, I noticed they forgot the sandwich for my order. Again, there was a disrespectful interaction and just kind of tossed to me. I ended up being late for work and there was no care/respect for me as a customer. I will not be coming back to this location and would not recommend using this location...
Read moreWalked in to get coffee. 4 people working. No one said hello, be right with you.....nothing. They were busy taking care of ALL of the drive through customers.... When the guy finally made the coffee, after he served his friend/regular who was behind me.... there was coffee spilled over the side...he had to wipe the cup several times. I requested another cup. Seriously. I'm believe in good service. Goods and services aren't cheap Sadly a lot of business owners acquire/purchase businesses they aren't familiar with and have absolutely NO people skills. Most don't even try. If you're new to this type of business, take time to learn the flow and culture your customers and the neighborhood, NOT just your kindred.
