WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
I went through the drive thru and when I started to place my order, I kept getting cut off by the employee taking the order. First I ordered a breakfast sandwich, toasted bagel and asked about the tea. After ordering the tea, I was given my total. I told her that I also wanted a coffee and again was given my total. I then asked if there were any honey curlers to which I was told yes they did, so I ordered two. Again, she gave me my total and this time told to pull forward.
The last couple of items were no longer being added to the screen so I could not confirm what was being added, but was given a total verbally. When I got to the window, I told them that I also wanted a soda, but could not order it as I kept getting cut off. It was added and seemed very irritated about and even closed the window and started to rant to each other about it and the inconvenience of it. I gave them a $20 and the person at the window literally threw my change at me. I told her that I understood that they were busy, but she did not have to throw things at me. She was incredibly rude and refused to say anything further to me. I told her to have a wonderful day (loudly as she had quickly closed the window).
After pulling forward I realized that I was not given the 2 honey curlers, so I had to go inside. The girl from the window was there and refused to help me. I told them that I did not get my curlers and was told by someone that if I was placing a large order, that I needed to call ahead. I told her that I placed an order in drive thru, asked if the donuts were available and was told that they were (they were not) and paid for them. I didn't want anything else, just my money back. Then I was asked for my receipt, which of course I was NOT given and told them this. After about 5 minutes, someone else came back with $2.10 and returned it to me with no apologies for the inconvenience or anything. VERY VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Read moreThis Tim hortons is hit or miss I go here every day sometimes my coffee is right and wonderful but the are those times that my coffee is wrong.. those time happen way more often then they should usually at least once a week but most weeks 2 or 3 times a week. I don't ever realize my coffee is wrong because I'm 15 minutes down the road before I take my first drink as their coffee is real hot! So either I have code all day or drink my coffee made wrong. Just yesterday they started charging to add flavor syrup to my coffee. Seeing that is what they forget to put in my coffee so often I'm really bothered by this! This morning I recieved my coffee with no flavor syrup in it after I was charged for it! If your gonna charge someone for something make sure they are getting it. I've tried to give this place another chance so many times because when my coffee is right it's good but I think I'm gonna start going to a different Tim's...
Read moreI’m really disappointed with my experience today. At 10:20 in the morning, I ordered an English muffin with sausage and cheese through the drive-thru along with a couple of other items. What I received was an English muffin with sausage and egg, but no cheese.
Not a huge issue—I went inside to get it corrected. Unfortunately, I waited 15 minutes in line, only to have the front counter employee relay my order incorrectly to the cook as “sausage, egg, and cheese.” After that, it still took another five minutes to finally get the sandwich made incorrectly again.
