ALDI — Local services in Commerce Charter Township

Aldi's does a wonderful job with their pickup orders. In this time of COVID, it is important to have a pickup option that functions effectively, and I love how their online cart allows you to choose a specific substitution item (or not, if you don't want) AND still allows space for notes.

Most items seem fresh so far, but it is something I am keeping an eye on. When relying on someone else to shop for me, I hope that they will shop with quality and freshness in mind. So far it has been mostly good, although I have had a few exceptions, like the rotten baby pumpkin and a pear with heavily pierced/cut skin in today's order.

I would love to see more organic and eco-friendly options at Aldi's, but they do still have quite a few organic items to choose from. I would also like to see a little more selection, in general, but they do have a large quantity of the items I regularly shop for in off-brands that save money, so I am quite pleased.

I was a loyal Kroger shopper for years, but now I am willing to drive a half hour out of my way to go to Aldi's for a large portion of my groceries. (I do hope the Aldi's near me gets pickup services, though.) The prices, the online ordering system, and the friendliness and efficacy of the Aldi's pickup employees is winning me...

They're ways good for what they have...just be careful with dates and perishables. ...I hope they get a new refrigerator soon.

Nevertheless. Staff is topnotch. And their Specially Selected items are just mouthwatering excellent all across the board... They also have simply nature almond butter filled pretzel nougets that helped me alot...and last but not least in regards to food! Aldis KETO(Lov'n fresh brand)SLICED BREAD! is by far the best & sustainable with such a variety of applications . THIS KEY ingredient to assisting me on my weightloss journey !! I sure SO MISS the KETO BAGELS(Lov'n fresh brand)...

Aldi is the grocery store my family and I grew up shopping in. Since it's a German store, it's everywhere in Germany. We now have this store available to us close to our home here. I love shopping here. What I like the most here is that every week you get surprised with new items they come out, and it's so affordable. What we would love to see more of are German groceries, like Quark, yoghurts, Kinder Penguin, Milchschnitte; oh what a dream. Every 6 months they have the authentic German Pretzels in the freezer aisle. Too bad though that they don't sell them all year round. It's as close to home as it can get. We'd also love to see more varieties of German chocolates like the Kinder Schokolade. Maybe one day they decide to add those items to their store...
