After calling several storage unit companies, I spoke with a gentleman in the call center regarding Space Shop Self Storage. He was extremely helpful and suggested I stop by the location. Before our call ended, the manager, Mikayla, was calling to see if she could further assist me! We talked for a while and she was also extremely helpful and courteous. Then, I stopped by the location and was greeted by Sean, who showed me the unit and answered further questions. Equally helpful!! The entire process from inquiry to signing the contract was smooth and flawless. The location is relatively new, clean and safe. If anyone is in search of a storage unit, Space Shop is the place....

Initially, had worked with Mykalia when I first leased a storage place there - she was very pleasant to work with.

Most recently, I leased another storage place there with Sean, who was professional and cordial throughout the process - and he very conveniently located the new storage unit right next to my original one.

Space Shop is very clean and organized! love that it is inside!! Process was easy. Desk girl was extremely nice! Mikayla? she even offered me coffee! Other than the $25 admin fee 😢which i didn’t know about…the pricing was pretty good! they showed me around & where unit would be & how to access all entrances.
