Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Commerce City

Very dirty filthy kitchen, rude , unprofessional and lazy. I placed a order online and clicked pay in store. I came to store 10 minutes after pick up time. Food wasnt ready. I got to store line was long. Understandable. I waited my turn and the girl with the "Virgo" necklace (cashier) became very rude and snobby no reason. I ignored it , but yet she carried on being very rude. I told her if i can pay for my order that wasn't even done. I feel the lazy girls refused my order because they didn't want to work. At no point in time was I rude to them until she refused my order . I have a family event going on children are hungry and I got my order refused about a hour after being placed because the young dumb girls are too lazy?. No point was I being rude. Review camera, check audio , etc but I was very nice up until they decided to ruin the night for their rude...

I ordered a $35+ med pizza, when I got there they asked me what I needed, I told them I had to pay for my pizza (I ordered online ) they asked who I was, I told them I was still in the que and said my name, ok, they let me pay... My pizza came out the guy back taking the pizza out boxes it up, I reminded him I had the garlic Parmesan crust. At that point I guess I asked him to go above and beyond the way he looked at me. He looked at the receipt opened the box shook a little cheese on it closed the box handed it back, wanted to charge me for the entire pizza again, told him he still shorted me the garlic butter spread, he just pushed it out to me, so I guess it's ok to over charge someone and then not give it to them even after asked to correct it. And would not honor the 50% of coupon I had on my phone either. SO, I GUESS I WON'T BE GOING BACK...

1 Star – Poor Service & Cold Pizza I had a terrible experience at this Domino’s. I was told to wait while my pizza sat there getting cold. The place was busy, but there were plenty of workers just standing around looking lost. No one offered to remake my pizza or provide decent customer service. On top of that, someone brought their kid to work and the whole team seemed distracted by her instead of focusing on customers. Unfortunately, Commerce City seems to be full of bad pizza places, and this one is no exception. I recommend going somewhere else for better quality and better service.
