Do NOT go unless you want to be disappointed. The past couple times i have visited this location, I have been utterly displeased by their lack of consistency and care when it comes to what is served there. Last week, I went through the drive through and ordered 4 regular churros and when they had handed me the bag I was only given 3 churros. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, i went back through the drive through and nicely reminded them i had ordered 4 regular churros and only got 3. They apologized and then handed me another bag and again I had drove off. Somehow I was given a sweet cream churro instead of the regular churro and at that point i had given up and left it alone. It was evident i asked for a regular one and they carelessly gave me the wrong one. That was one instance and these two I am pointing our are just a couple of my experiences there and the majority of which haven’t been pleasing either. Today, at around 8pm I went though the drive through and ordered a fiesta pack, carne asada fries and a large raspberry tea. Although I had a bad experience last time, i tried to assure myself that they cannot manage to mess up an order that was again simple. When I got home I was in for the rude awakening to opening up a sloppy burrito with chili spilt out of the wrapper and onto the box. I dismissed that burrito and reached for another and shockingly found a rather large piece of plastic inside of my other bean burrito.... I was so disgusted at the carlessness of the staff to leave something that was a health and safety issue in a burrito.

Overall the staff is careless and lazy. They don’t care to get orders right or to correct it when I go back and point out their mistakes. They do not care for the health and safety of the public for allowing food to be given without inspecting it for hazardous material that was definitely large enough to choke on. The quality of what they deliver is laughable by their laziness to allow the chile to spill over the side and into the box. If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. This location is extremely disappointing and overall offensive. The multiple times we have went here, there was so much disrespect and no one cared for customer service. For at least 3 visits, my wife was hit on and told," I love you," and other unwanted advances by men at the window ( Corporate office was notified) . My 12 YO daughter was in the car on 2 of the occasions. Nearly every time we have gone, our order is messed up and we have to go back. The workers do not care for the establishment or the customers. Today, (11-23-21), was over the line. My wife went and ordered 6 tacos, ALL with no cheese. She is allergic and told the women at the counter this When she came home, we looked into the bag and noticed that all 6 tacos, had cheese. After driving back to location the female MGR/Supervisor instead of simply correcting the order argued that it was our fault? After showing her the receipt that clearly read NO CHEESE! SHE still had the audacity to say WE were still wrong! NO APOLOGIES!!??? There are too many businesses that are struggling to deal with one that has no idea what customer service is! I will no longer give them a penny! And will continue to tell everyone we know to...

We said not good had no flavor he said I wanted to make sure I wasn’t the only one that thought so he said his food was also not good and Not only food was not good the customer service was horrible the person who had grey shirt who assume was manager because only one with grey shirt she was rude there was older gentleman trying to order and use coupon and didn’t know how to use kiosk were having trouble and she said I’m here helping with she didn’t she stood behind the rope thing instead of getting closer to help then just left when telling him to put his order there and she was being rude to more customers and their fountain drink station wasn’t working when this location just open how are you freshly open and already have broken machines and rude manager others employees were not rude but they didn’t know how to help customers so I assume they haven’t been trained properly.. very disappointed should food quality went down and...

MY AVOCADO SALAD DIDN'T HAVE AVOCADO SLICED ON TOP LIKE IT SHOWS IN THE MENU. SEE THE BLACK LUMP ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE PLATE THAT IS MY AVOCADO NOT SLICED AND COVERED WITH BLACK BEANS. WELL THIS TIME THE LOCATION CANCELED OUR DOOR DASH ORDER, THEY TOLD THE DRIVER IT WAS CANCELLED WHEN IT WASN'T. SO WE GOT A TEXT IT WAS CANCELLED SO MY SON DROVE THERE AND GUESS WHAT THE ORDER WAS THERE, BUT THEY WOULDN'T GIVE IT TO HIM. WELL DOOR DASH'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CHECKING ON IT ON THEIR END AND REFUNDING THE MONEY. Tonight was an epic let down. After waiting in line for a very long time (no one ahead of me), I got my food and pulled into the parking lot to eat (had been 9 hours since I last ate and I was starving). The first thing I noticed was how sloppy the food was presented (sauce on outside of box and smeared on inner lids of tostada boxes). This was off putting but I can overlook it due to being very hungry. On my first bite, the food was cold. Not lukewarm. COLD. How on earth is food I waited for a long time for cold (I was told they were making it as I waited so I was expecting super hot and fresh)? I hate cold food so decided to head home to heat it up. By the time I got home you could add soggy to the list of problems. The quesadillas had congealed, I ordered no beef and subbed green sauce on my burrito only to have beef and red sauce (they clearly didn’t read the order), the soda was flat tasting and didn’t taste anything like coke, and I paid .50 extra for a dime size worth of sour cream. This meal wasn’t worth $1.00, much less $22.00. ☹️ Not sure when I’ll return if this is the norm.
