Subway — Restaurant in Commerce

Rude employees. Went here on Thursday 11/17/16 in the evening and ordered a tuna foot-long. Not only did they barely put any tuna but they wanted to over-charge me. The sign advertised the tuna foot-long for $7.50 and they were charging me $8.50. when I told them that the foot-long was advertised for $7.50 the cashier said that it was the tax. When I asked how much tax was she said it was .74 cents. I told her that the total should be 8.24 then. She followed by saying that she couldn't do anything because that was how much the computer was charging. She made it seem like it was only one quarter but the amount was not the problem. The problem was that they have been ripping people off and over charging them and now they wanted to do the same to me. When she told the manager or lead, the manager took her side and said it was the tax. I continued to do the math for them until she told the cashier to override it. Never going back to...

If you've been to Subway before you don't need a review of their menu. I'll focus on the experience. The place is very small and if you go there for lunch be ready to wait. Sometimes it seems understaffed. If you some crazy customers customizing their customary custom sandwich and directing the subway employees on the exact number and the GPS position of their pickels' placement on their sandwich - you're in for camping there. It all depends on what time the hunger strikes. Five stars if you get hungry when others are not, less stars if it happens to crave it...

And this folks is what a good salad should look like! I am obsessed with Subway salads. My go to is the cold cut combo. If you know me, you know that I am the biggest lover of pickles so whenever I order anything, whether it’s a burger, sandwich or salad, I always ask for extra pickles. Normally I have to ask the person to add more if you’re making a salad for me, but in this case, the young lady behind the counter added just the perfect amount.
