Came by on a Thursday afternoon. The place wasn't busy, but as soon as my wife and I walked in, I noticed all the tables in the place were dirty. There were 1 or 2 people ahead of us, and the line moved quickly. We placed our order, and I ordered a chicken bowl. The young man that was making it wasn't the friendliest. especially when I asked for a little more chicken. He only poured 1 spoon of chicken that didn't even look full. So I asked if he could put a little more. It is called a chicken bowl, but they put two scoops of rice and beans and only 1 of chicken. Anyhow, right away, he says he would have to charge me for double meat with a little attitude. I said, "Really, it's coming out of your paycheck if you add a little more. He wasn't having it, so I let it go. We paid for our order and I asked for the manager. I asked a young man who looked like he was giving orders if he was the manager, and he replied yes. I asked him if he could please have someone clean a table for us because we wanted to eat there and all the tables were dirty. He said he would send someone. Keep in mind there were about 6 or 7 people there and only two making food and one at cashier. We went and got our drink and finally another young man came out to clean the tables. He was half cleaning the tables, and everything on the tables was going to the ground. So we decided to just go eat outside. The food was OK, but this place didn't only look dirty it was dirty. ย ย ย Read moreI always order a veggie burrito, double wrapped with extra rice, beans and fajita vegetables. Jackie got me off to a great start. She was polite, detailed and even smiled. Next was where everything started to go downhill. The next young lady finished making my burrito but attempted to wrap it without overlaying the tortillas. It was a disaster that I tried to unwatch. I have to eat this for goodness sake! Jose, the Mgr, stood next to her watching. I asked him to help her because clearly, she couldn't wrap my burrito and all the food was spilling out onto the counter, he told me to, "wait a minute". I was livid. When Jose finally decided to put some gloves on and rewrap my whole burrito, the person in line next to me was also laughing in shock of what was happening. I asked him to add more avocado because all of my avocado had been spilled out onto the counter to which he again replied, "hold on a minute", as if I was inconveniencing him. The caveat was Monet, the cashier, who started talking about me to her co-worker because I asked for a bowl. She then began to point without speaking when I asked her questions like where are the tops to the cups etc. She just pointed and looked at me saying nothing. No apologies were given and I was treated like a headache. I hate to write this review but this location clearly needs to work on their Customer Service from the Mgmt down and clean up the lobby. Its was such an unpleasant and unsanitary experience not just for me, but for all customers. I can't afford to live in Orange County or environments where grocery stores and fast food establishments take pride in the service, accuracy, and cleanliness. However, I can ensure you that this will be my last visit at the restaurant. I can understand low on products because of "productivity" ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฐ from a busy day. But the team member informed their out of rice and steak because they have been slow all day. Ok ๐ซก I can respect their culture and policy and business ethic, when their slow they don't PREPARE FOR RUSHES and they have the mindset because their "SLOW" their NEVER going to get any more customers. So let's hang out and stay on the payroll, while the governor of Los Angeles increased the pay for fast food workers to $20 hr. Let's stay on the clock and while it's slow, we won't prepare for a rush OR CLEAN THE RESTAURANT. ๐ฏ๐ Take a look at the following pics I have included.
