Target — Local services in Compton

Unfortunately this location is NOT welcoming of African Americans, particularly women. Obviously, Compton is a high crime area so I’m assuming there are some troubled customers who come into this store to shoplift frequently. I made that assumption because I have visited this location on numerous occasions and have been confronted by staff in a condescending accusatory manner. Their attempts to reduce me to a dishonest American have compelled me to pursue legal action. The pattern of discriminatory treatment I have suffered at this location is unacceptable and I know it doesn’t represent Target’s mission as a nationally recognized corporation. My first negative encounter was Spring of 2018 when one of the managers (young, hispanic man with glasses) suspected me of fraudulently obtaining my TargetRedCard. He then reported me to TD Bank and my account with Target was closed because this Hispanic couldn’t believe that a young black girl could own a credit card. Furthermore the most recent challenge I have audio recorded, THANK GOD FOR TECHNOLOGY:). It occurred today and I was callously ridiculed by this stores guest services staff for attempting to return a supbar and low quality item. I understand that businesses must be vigilant about protecting their merchandise. However, I am insulted, offended and disheartened by the events that took place. I am working tirelessly to have this matter resolved, not for myself but for the other hardworking, law-abiding black women in this community who might be subjected to this stores toxic closed minded culture. (Here’s a tip, don’t open a business in a poverty stricken area to prey on consumers, the black dollar and other minorities and then behave distastefully when the poorer members of that community attempt to meet their needs by illegal means) I’ve lived in the South and the East Coast. My sister just went to this target and I WANT ALL CUSTOMERS TO CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!! An associate here thought she was slick, luckily sister was smart enough to check hers before she left the parking lot! My sister and I were going to meet there but I ended up back at work. Anyways, my sister purchased 16 items and while Target is pricey , she noticed that she overpaid. So she counts her items and notices there is an extra item on the receipt that she didn’t buy. & the item was a $20 shaving oil. She said the associate was nice and asking her questions so she was distracted and you can bet that I am accusing her of what I am cause I’m extremely upset and unsatisfied!! The nice security guard helped my sister out when my sister went back in, and come to find out the oil that was scanned was in a near by basket full of other items on the side near the associate that rang my sister up. How could this be a mistake? My sister never even brought the oil to the counter or anything? It’s not like my sister wanted the item and then didn’t , it was scanned without my sister even knowing. Worst target ever! The store is very unorganized. Of course the public aslo has part in it being unorganized because they toy section is always a mess. But that's the whole point of having people stay late and reorganize everything. Customer service is also horrible. I bought some boots online and had to return them for different size and they kept saying those boots weren't in the system and that I had to wait 48 hrs for my transaction to appear (which is bs). I had my receipt and everything but it just seemed like the girl didn't want to be there. I actually took my boots that same day to a different target and I was able to return them. The lines are always long and they only have half or less than half of the registers open. If a cashier needs help and turns on their light it takes the manager a long time to get there so that's another 10 min wait. In the baby section they never have variation of diaper sizes. And the shoes section is always a mess. This target is closest to my house but I rather drive another 10 min to another target or even just...
