The young lady Eveline is extremely rude and unhelpful. I came in for a warranty issue as instructed by T-Mobile tech support, and she was unwilling to look at the notes regarding S.I.M. card replacement on a new phone. She was more concerned about the text messages on her phone, instead of assisting me. After I dialed customer service while still in the store, she huffed and puffed because I wasn't leaving until I got what was needed.. Once customer service was on the line, she got an instant attitude and rolled her eyes. She needs customer service skills and an attitude adjustment. This is not the first encounter in this store where the employees are rude, have multiple personal conversations while working, and are always on their phone. Read moreI was driving around the area and I saw a T-Mobile store to pay my bill. So I went inside and all the employees working say “Welcome to T-Mobile” at the same time and make me feel welcome. The Store Manager great me right away, I told him that I want to pay my bill but I have a question about my bill and then He asked me if I am familiar with T-Mobile Apps and I told him that I am not familiar with the Apps. He take his time to set my t-mobile apps and show me how it works. Now thanks to him I don’t have to go to the store and pay my bill because I can do everything in my T-mobile Apps it is so easy and convenient. The Store Manager also save my time and money every month because of the auto pay that he recommended. This is store are friendly and they are knowledgeable what they do. Read moreI arrived at 7:52pm trying to buy a charger and pay my bill. There was 2 associates and 1 with paper in his hands and one helping a customer.. As I tried walking into the door which was locked and I stood there because closing time as stated is 8pm. They clearly ignored me and continued with whatever they were doing. I knocked on the door and the most upsetting part was the man came to the door and said what so rudely as I asked are u guys closed. He said yes and I said it's not 8pm. He's like what do u want. I am disgusted with hus behavior and unprofessionalism. Seriously, I think he was even a manager. I get it was a few mins before closing but , he could have said it nicely. Not in such a degrading manner. I will be calling corporate and making a formal complaint.
