On 12-27-24 I went to Little Caesars on Gull rd and purchased 7 hot and ready pizzas to feed my grieving family who were waiting for my mother to pass away. My order came up to 53.99 I used my debit card to pay for the transaction and the register operator told us 15 to 20 minutes due to them being busy. My wife and I waited for approximately 2 minutes before we slowly proceeded to walk out and make a gas station run while the pizza was being prepared upon returning my wife and son waited in the lobby for 25 minutes until the register operator that originally took their order finally ask what they were waiting for only to tell them the order wasn’t processed because I didn’t sign which was weird because I used a debit card We were about to leave due to the frustration of the situation but I decided to check my bank transactions first where I then discovered they indeed charged me I went back in had to argue with the register operator until he finally called for his general manager Hoagie at first he seemed helpful telling me it was a system issue and it would be fixed. He then proceeded to talk me into rebuying the pizzas at a discounted rate so I spent another 30 dollars because my family were hurting and hungry plus it was my understanding the money would be back on my card by Monday which wasn’t the case and even after I called again and spoke with Mr Hoagie again I was told he can’t refund a order that not in his system and to contact my bank he did say he would refund the second transaction and I am currently waiting to see if he would honor that but I’m not holding my breath. So all in all I paid 85 dollars for 7 cold pizzas. This is crazy because I work food service and I am a manager and I would never have the audacity to disrespect my customers in such a manner especially since I explained my situation to Hoagie I nor my family will ever shop their again Do better...

Looked like someone was in a rush to Finnish the shift and just leave. Poor customer service. I have worked in the food industry in the past and have seen some poor customer service but never this bad. If the employees can't do their job right, minimum wage or not then they need to be replaced. I let the manager know what happened and she is willing to replace it. No problem but my problem is that since their is a manager and it's a small store then why is it so hard to get a $5 pizza. It doesn't matter on how busy or what the price of it is. Waited 30 minutes for two hot and readys and two crazy breads, which still weren't done after asking for a refund from a manager who I couldn't find or give me a proper response to the madness other then saying the staff isn't up to par. I saw a pizza get dropped and attempted to be resold. I heard two employees talk about how the staff hates each other and no one talks and another employee which was just watching the clock saying that he took an hour nap on the clock.
