Subway — Restaurant in Comstock Charter Township

I've been coming here for years. Kind of overlooking the rudeness. This was the last straw. Came in to get a sandwich and the tomato had a white thing in the middle so I asked them to replace that. The man came from the back started waving his bare hand over my sandwich saying that they would not replace the tomato. Putting on all these little wrinkled up tomatoes on my sandwich when there was clearly nice tomatoes underneath that. After arguing with me over one tomato. I told him he could have that sandwich that he waved his bare hand over arguing with me about one tomato. That is the worst customer service ever. Who argues with a customer who just wants one...

I advise against going here but if you do, beware of what they charge you. My young daughter went in by herself and was charged $9.94 for a foot long veggie sub. I thought that seemed quite high, considering no meat. I went inside to check the price and it was priced on the board as $7.69. I asked why she was charged so much and they said their pricing has changed. I told them that wasn’t right to charge people differently than advertised. She did not offer any compensation or apology. I went into this place because my sick little girl really had to use the bathroom. After looking around this was the closest place for her to go before having an accident. After she was done the women behind the counter yelled ma’am what can I get you. I told her my little girl just really needed a bathroom. She pointed at a customers only sign and started yelling at me because I refused to pay $8 plus dollars for a toilet. The man then came from the back and literally followed me out the door to stare me down. They will NEVER get a penny from me when they can’t understand that a sick little girl needed a toilet...
