I hate this place. Let me break this down Today: -The nuggets smelled and tasted like they went bad, as in that "ew this smells SPOILED!" Smell. -It took 12-16 minutes until the food was ready.... This is not 'fast food' -The bread on my Baconator smelled like crap. Do not think it is safe to eat. -The chicken in the chicken sandwich was hard.
There has never been a good expirience with this particular restaurant. [I eat(rather ate) here often; ate about 15 times within the past 2 months. Not including the multiple times prior!] -Yes, I understand that some stuff can go wrong at times with food (I work at a restaurant) but there is ALWAYS something wrong with the order!!! Such as, food item(s) missing, weird smells (THAT DO NOT COME FROM FOOD FROM OTHER Wendys' FOOD IN MY AREA!), straws missing, workers with an attitude, cold food, and the manager flat out not caring that her ('she' at the time) team screw up most orders even though I told her to her face that this is happening too much! -There is no change. Just more problems for every visit.
I suggest chosing the many other restaraunta in the area, trust me, you and the other restaraunt you chose will appreciate it 10000 times more than this Wendy's. Heck, the drive to the one closest to WMU's Main Campus is so worth it. Comparing the quality of the chicken nuggets, the one by WMU makes fresh tender and delicious nuggets, ALWAYS!!! Read moreCame inside because I wanted my order cook to order so I feel that’s better then waiting up the drive thru but there was a new girl in front counter she did a fantastic job taking my order but for 3 people to be worried about drive thru with 2 cars in it an she had 11 orders on her screen with not one manager wanting to help her the girl manager actually told her she need to only take two orders at once an then bag an go back that’s so unfair when you have grub hub an DoorDash coming in also an your new . Had to get loud for them to even attempt to help her was there in the lobby for 33 mins for a 20 piece nugget meal an a biggie bag cooked to order smh I worked at fast food for a long time an every still do an we never leave our NEW people to suffer I felt sorry for her but the manger on shift as of time 4:30 an up SUCK an is very unprofessional somebody could of helped her bag an when I said some they wanna give me attitude an stank faces very CHILDISH Of them I come there very often an I refuse to go back if there going to just leave there front corner person to suffer that new that’s sad . Read moreThis is the second time in the last 8-10 years or so that I've had my credit card number stolen or had fraudulent charges on my card.
First time was about 8-10 years ago and I noticed that th cashier had taken some extra time with my credit card. I disputed and let it go. I didn't visit this location again until Aug of 2025.
I rarely give my card in drive thrus for this reason and try to order on apps if I'm going through a drive thru.
This happened again to me a few weeks ago. The cashier left for 2-4 minutes with my card. That threw up red flags, so I checked my account when I got home. Sure enough, there were 2 charges from Wendy's. I waited to see if other charges would go through or if both would post as charges. Sure enough they both did. Been a pain in the butt trying to get this reversed and cancel anything important connected to this card.
I suggest not visiting this location unless you want your card...
