I called ahead to make sure one my order would be ready and two that one of the items a shed that was suppose to be on a pallet. Would be able to be placed in my truck. Full size 1 Ton truck long bed. I was told no problem we can do that. I told them I would be there about 6pm. I arrived at Home Depot in concord at 6pm. Purchased additional items while there. Cashed out at 6:20. Loaded said items and walked over to customer service where we saw a sign for curb side pick up. Stood there for 20 minutes one person over at return counter with a line of 7 people. Saw two associates walk by asked for assistance if they could call someone over. One associate replied this is the right place but I can’t help you I don’t that department. The second associate standing in front the curbside desk told us he didn’t know this system, we have to wait for the girl at the return, who’s line grew as we where waiting for some one to help us in front of the designated sign. I walked over to a woman in paint asked if she could call someone over to customer service for help. She must not have been listening as a what came next as her response is that not my department I can’t help you I don’t know that system. I replied I’m not looking for you to complete my transaction, I am looking for you to call for a representative or a manager. At this point it’s 6:50pm. At 6:58 I finally get the woman’s help. At this point I’m in the return line. I must say given the amount of pressure she was under she did very well as I was not the only unhappy customer she had been attending too. She instructed me to meet the person with my order at the pro over hang which worked out great I was parked and ready to go there. As I thought that would be the easiest point to load up the shed. I was wrong. I see a kid name Reed, I asked him if he had some osb board and a shed as well. With a attitude or annoyed sarcastic voice I got idk anything about a shed I was just told to bring this up. So I replied well can you find out where it is. Yep I’ll find out. Waiting and waiting. At 7:18 I walk back to the customer service area. And I told her I’m still waiting on my shed and she the three sheets of osb. She re pages for help From Reed. I said he was suppose to be helping track the shed why was he surprised I was still waiting???? I was also told that they normally don’t load things in the back of trucks with a fork lift???? I said I called to make sure as I was driving a hour to get there. So after another 5 minutes or so I’m instructed to go around back to there loading center in the back of there building where lumber is. Really? So I get back there. I see Reed trying to operate a fork lift, appears to be first time. I then step out waiting for them to get the shed on the fork lift as it’s on a cart. As I am sitting there watching Reed man over the fork lift he almost drops it off the cart and fork lift. The whole bundle is severely bending ( I have yet to unwrap but will note if any pieces are broken.) I also have video of this incident for record. Then they are trying to put it in the truck. My father luckily was there and is very familiar with moving logistics, heavy equipment etc. was there to direct the kid and the help. So my truck was not damaged. So at 7:58pm we are finally on our way home. Two hours for a curb side pick up. Worst experience with Home Depot and yes there have been plenty others. So at 9pm I finally get home. So disappointed and dissatisfied. I ordered online thinking it would be a easier and quicker than me pulling the products myself. I was severely wrong. I would like a follow up call. Read moreZero star is what I want to select. Ordered a new dryer July 1st. Was not happy with the employee that placed my order. Not friendly or courteous at all. What I liked the best, he says "check your dryer right away for dents, problems and use it. You have 48 hours. After that you have to call the manufacturer, not Home Depot." I miss Sears so much. My dryer was delivered at their convenience, not mine. You don't matter. I asked for afternoon, they cannot commit to you. Nice. Just a customer. My dryer was delivered, first very hot day last week. I paid $40.00 to have old dryer taken away. Because it was so hot, I unplugged the dryer and disconnected the vent hose from the dryer. I then pushed the old dryer out onto the porch. I got an extra fan setup for the installers. They came in and looked around to see setup area. Then one of the guys says, "We have a situation. We do not have the new electrical cord you bought for the new dryer". I was very upset, very frustrated to say the least. They said I would have to call Home Depot and schedule a time for somebody to come back to setup and install the dryer. I did give him a piece of my mind about all of this. I tried calling Home Depot in Concord for over 20 minutes, nobody would answer. Great Customer Service. I called the 1-800 on the paperwork. A lady worked with me and rescheduled install and setup for five days later. Again, their time convenience, not mine. Don't forget, just a customer. Two guys showed up that day. Making fun of the guys forgetting the dryer electrical cord. Saying it was a lie. They always have plenty dryer electrical cords in their trucks. They kept yukking it up, not in english. He pushed the dryer back in place beside my washer. Said it was all set and left. They did not have me sign any paperwork. Did not give me any paperwork. I was 2 1/2 hours late for work. I came home from work, went to put some clothes in my dryer. Decided to check out the dryer vent hose install and electrical dryer cord. I have always moved my washer and dryer out slowly, a couple times a year, to clean the floor. There it was. When he tried to attach the dryer vent hose to the wall vent pipe, that goes outside, he pulled it all loose, broke the seal on my wall that holds the metal pipe in place. He pushed it in the wall the best he could, seal not useable, put a small piece of aluminum tape on it and left. The aluminum dryer vent pipe that I paid $25.99 for, which he said "I had to buy, could not use my current one," was all ripped and torn but still installed. When I tried to use the dryer, the air was blowing in the room from not being sealed properly. I used duct tape, for a day, to keep bugs and rodents out. I wrote and hand delivered a 4 page letter to Manager, Home Depot, Concord, NH, over a week ago now. I have not heard a word from anybody at all. Another fine example of fantastic customer service from Home Depot, Concord NH. They do NOT care if you are...

Got the "Pleasure" of dealing with Nikky at the return desk in customer service. This lady was the most condescending and emotionally unavailable customer service representative I've ever dealt with.
I couldn't find my receipt, not a huge deal i thought to myself. I email every receipt, they can look it up from my 400+ emailed receipts. According to Nikky "that's not how any of this works." OK no big deal, I have the card I purchase my whole life on, nope, different expiration date because the card is new. No worries Nikky, let's do store credit, I'm going to spend more today then the value of the returns.
Nikky unwillingly scans my 20 items in, and throws an attitude again when I mistakenly have an item not in the system. Don't worry about it nikky it's probably a different vendor, oh but nikky was worried. After a painstaking 8 minutes everything is scanned in. 490.00ish total. Nikky goes to put it on a card and the system won't allow it because if the value. I find this strange because you can literally return a used $100k elephant to Lowes and they won't bat an eye. Anyway, I digress. I have Nikky call the customer service manager even though he was "too busy for this". This guy comes over, very nice, but definitely overwhelmingly busy, and tries to help out. He said it's out of his hands and can't override but if I call customer service maybe they can help.
I proceed to sit on the phone with customer service for 20 minutes, they say it's possible to look up the upc via email. Great let's do that. They call the store and proceed to get hung up on. I asked for the store managers number to chat on monday and was told " they dont deal with stuff like this" After this interaction in there for about an hour. I left with my returns and decided to spend my money at concord Lowes.
So, in summary, Nikky if you get to read this, I hope you were having an off day. Maybe you didn't get breakfast, or your jeans were still wet in the dryer, or your sock was falling off in your boot (hate that). But I hope you have a better day, and a wonderful Christmas.
If the store manager wants to reach out that would be sweet. The desk has my number. I don't want Nikky to get in trouble here. Maybe some morw training? Company supplied breakfast? If you want to...
