I absolutely love the variety of items in this store! Huge selection of every craft item you could think of. It is like heaven for artists! Lol. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 stars is bc every time I go to this store the staff are less than helpful and even rude to customers. On 3 separate occasions I had a negative experience with a different employee each time. HIGHLY UNUSUAL EXPERIENCE FOR ME!!! I was even being blatantly followed and monitored by an employee as if I were going to steal something while browsing the beads/fake jewelry section. It was extremely insulting to say the least. Other times, I had asked for help finding something and I was met with attitude and told they didn't have the item. Even though it stated that they did have it in-store on their website. Finally, after politely pressing the employee several times the employee went into an office and came out moments later stating they did have the item I wanted to purchase. Since I had to continue pressing this employee and it felt very awkward and uncomfortable, as if I was bothering them and they didn't want my business, I just ended up leaving without buying the item. If I have to argue with you about giving you money for a product your selling then it just isn't worth giving you my business. So I purchased the item on Amazon instead. I'm not sure why some of these employees are so rude. Maybe they need a custom service training course or something to enhance their customer service...

When I asked if they would help support a fundraiser for a 23 year who passed away from Ulcerative Colitis, they wouldn’t even consider supporting the cause. They wouldn’t even listen to our cause and mission to raise awareness. We were hoping to have them donate t-shirts and as a business owner I know how inexpensive those are to a multimillion dollar company. After getting the run around form several different “customer service” employees I got no help and no support. It is disappointing and poor community relations. I recently found a product marked down from $299 to $60. I checked clearance tags on the shelf to make sure I was grabbing the right item. There was no barcode on the display product and the actual item had to be unlocked by a manager. The shelf clearly said $60, when the manager went back to the shelf to confirm, he came back and claimed a different price. I went back after to confirm and hopefully get a refund for the difference, but he had pulled the tags.
