Arby's — Restaurant in Concord

October 3rd, 2025 at 110pm. Bogo deal. Less meat, more money. It’s no longer the same here. The horsey sauce doesn’t even taste right. It use to open up my nasal passages, now it tastes like tangy mayonnaise. I’m very disappointed at this point. Looks like a whole new staff also. Full of youngsters. Not good. Bring back what made this location outstanding and worth my money. 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤

July 15th at 140 pm. I came in pretty hungry and wanted to try the new cheesesteak sandwich. So I ordered that with crinkle cut fries for dine in as well as a medium drink. The sandwich tastes pretty good. Only problem is that the size in. The picture is much bigger than what you get when. Ordered. Skinny sandwich. A little disappointed with that. It tastes great but I’ll stick with my normal beef and cheddar sandwich from now on. Cheesesteak sandwich just wasn’t filling for the price. I still enjoy Arby’s but I won’t jump into a new sandwich like that again until I’m sure it’s worth it. So for me, it’s back to the basics. My classic double beef and cheddar.

This is an easy place to get your order. I love it because they great deals on the app. When I come pick it up, I enjoy my order every single time. This is one of the restaurants where it’s easy to like. Honestly for me, I prefer much better than spots like McDonald’s etc. speedy service every time. Excellent customer service today!! Went in for lunch today with my 3 year old little boy and my 3 month old little boy in the pouring rain I might add. General manager and district manager were having a meeting they acknowledge me while making small talk with my little boy. While during this time I noticed an older couple leaving and the district manager said have a blessed weekend , which now days we dont hear enough of this, very expressed. While getting ready to leave ourselves they ask if my toddler would like a milk shake they made a special mini size milk shake just for him, then asked if i needed help to my car since it was still raining. The general manager then walked to the front door to hold it open and made sure I got into the car with my boys. This is truly a great way to lead the way with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The food was not good, especially the crinkle fries which we usually like. We needed it to actually be fast food, so we ate the roast beef sandwiches which were substandard. Then I walked into the restaurant and was told they'd get me a refund for the fries, but they never did. They said my order wouldn't show in the system, even though the worker was looking at my receipt. The manager was not at the store so was called on the phone. I was told to come back another day and get a refund. I was told they'd fix fresh fries or I could choose something else.
