This place looks really cute on the outside, but the drive-through is set up so terribly. First off, you don’t even order your drink or food until you get to the window Which really slows down the whole process we had only one car in front of us. They ordered two drinks and it took 15 minutes till they had their Order. We really wanted to get out of the line as soon as possible after waiting 15 minutes because we also did not want to wait that long Just for two coffees But we couldn’t, because of the curb that kept us in line. Whenever we ordered, it took us an extra 15 minutes for us to get two coffees. The only reason I knew it took 30 minutes because that is By looking at what time I sent a text as soon as we got there. From the drive-through window I saw that there were three espresso machines and there were only two people working. The girls worked as quickly as they could but I feel like whoever designed the drive-through really has no idea what they are doing. I highly recommend that you have something set up where a person can order ahead of time to help reduce the weight and also it wouldn’t kill you to have one extra person Working with the team. Whoever is running this I’m letting you know it took 30 minutes for four coffees to go in a drive-through. It is so weird that you have everything set up where people order at the window and then the order is made Seriously have you been through the drive-through line on a slow day? This is coming from a person who barely complains about stuff, but I was really frustrated with how complicated you set up the whole business without thinking about your employees and production. I don’t think it’s fair to them to have it set up that way either Please take some time out of your day to think about this to make it easier for your employees and your customers I am definitely not going back to...

The following review took place when I was the only car pulled up to the business with no other vehicles in line or at the window, & I’ve never seen this place (on an afternoon around 1-2, when I go) have more than 1-2 other cars in line, so let’s be real about the fact you make them do it no matter what, all day. REVIEW: I love the baristas here & the drink flavors are good (& different)! The issue with this place is the owners or manager really make them worry about the drive-thru times, so they don’t allow you to pull up the window to order. They’re very protective or something about being allowed to order at the window. I always come after a vet appt (every few months) & I just don’t have the money memorized and I also genuinely enjoy seeing the photos of the seasonal drink creations & choosing from that offering. When you pull up, though, someone pops out of the back door & asks what they can get you with a handheld register & no menu. When you ask to see the menu so you can see the seasonal drinks it’s just very clear they don’t want you to pull forward to see the menu. Sometimes they will have a handheld laminated menu with them, sometimes not, so over time this creates an unwelcoming & frankly annoying vibe. I’m there to spend $20 or so & give a $10-$20 cash tip every time, so today I just left without ordering because I’m really getting tired of feeling like I’m not supposed to be there or fully see the menu when I stop by. It’s been this way for more than a year & I really wish they’d install a new menu sign at the back door since that’s where they want...
Read moreI've decided to change my review based on how long I've been coming to this place every single day for years, sometimes TWICE a day.. I'm pretty sure they make more money off of me than anybody else that goes there.. I used to get charged 7.06 and they charged for my extra pumps included in that price for extra caramel syrup now they're charging me per pump of syrup and it comes to $8.80 as the cup of coffee wasn't already expensive And high in price... Not even Starbucks does that... time to invest in really nice cappuccino/latte maker because that's just ridiculous and Super greedy of them . This is obviously how they treat their loyal guests. I think I've spent thousands of dollars here. I've figured out how to make a salted caramel mocha latte and I'm buying my latte maker today.. I will not be back. This company has gotten literally all my money, I did the math 1 cup a day for 2 years 5,153 $ not even including most those days I got 2 cups of coffee or coffee for my family. One Big bottle of salted caramel syrup is $4.92 at Walmart charging me two dollars more for 8 pumps when a big bottle of that that cost not much more than the price I'm being charged I'm basically paying for half the price of that bottle per cup Of coffee .... I'm almost positive I've kept this place in business from all the money I've spent... Y'all can't actually be that greedy and cheap ? Even if the owner decided to change that ridiculous rule I will NOT be back.. I've been coming here since before it changed to Canal coffee, I'm extremely...
