I ordered a Chicken Burrito, received confirmation of my credit card payment on payment kiosk but attendant told me that payment didn't go through, and the transaction would have to be redone. When I contested the attendant said that the receipt automatically prints regardless (receipt was for a chicken bowl and customer before me had ordered 2 tacos). Despite my contention, the first attendant had another attendant charge me for a chicken burrito and gave me the receipt in question and the new one for the chicken burrito (both receipts were for the same price) and said that I could return for a credit later if it was incorrectly charged. Not satisfied with the outcome at the restaurant I drove directly home and logged into my credit card account only to find that I had 2 pending charges at Chipotle for the same amount on 1/7/23. I immediately drove back to the restaurant with hardcopy of my 2 pending credit card charges and got my last charge refunded. The place looked kind of messy, and there was lot of spills on the steam counter area where the food was prepared. There was also leftovers on some of the tables that haven’t been cleared yet. After my burrito was made, I went up to the cashier and she looked at me and said, “that’ll be $9.10.” I looked at her and I said to her, “For a bean burrito?” She told me it was the same price as a deluxe burrito with everything. I walked out and told her to keep it. Walked across the parking lot to Grocery Outlet. Bought a can of pinto beans and a package of tortillas for $3.30. Read moreThis location left their AC broken all summer and won’t let the employees prop the doors open. The fountain drink dispenser is regularly out of ice or just plain not working in general. They are constantly out of items. Like fruit, chip bags, and various other food items. The bathroom codes on the receipts don’t work for the bathroom. The chips are always stale along with being under cooked/over cooked. There are no garage cans with openings large enough to accommodate the kid meal box. 90% of the seats are infront of a full wall of south west facing windows with shades that are locked to only go down half way.
