Came here with our family on a busy holiday for lunch. Other restaurants were full and this one had open seating. When this happens, it’s usually not a good sign.

The service and location were great. But the food can do a lot to come from semi-fast-food tasting to dine-in tasting.

The details: The chicken fingers were not from actual chicken meat but whatever that paste they make chicken nuggets is made of (not great). One pizza listed “blue cheese”, and turned out to be fully covered in a white sauce. Note to management: that is not what blue cheese looks like. The tiramisu was heavy and very sweet. Again, anyone who has made a tiramisu or ate one made well knows that tiramisu is a lightweight desert that doesn’t hit you in the head with a ton of sugar: it should be a delight to eat. The spinach salad had fresh ingredients but was overall a “lazy salad”: a mountain of leaves with some onions and tomatoes on top. Really, this salad could have been so much better. Also, the salad should be served in a larger plate or bowl so guests have space to mix in the dressing, as is, it ends up on the table.

The pepperoni pizza was ok.

Overall, not the worst, but for such central location, all Y’all need to do to have a full room is to elevate the menu and serve real food made out of real ingredients and slow down on the fats and sugar.

If this food was given to us for free, I would be fine. But if we pay for it, I expect it to taste like real...

If you're looking for a fast food place, they act like one as you place the order by giving you the bill on the spot, but if you want to sit down and have a good time, this isn't the place. Was there today with 2 friends around 3pm, behind the counter was 2 teenagers and another girl, after watching them talk to each other for about 5 minutes without even care about us I decided to ask them if we could place an order. One came at us and as soon as I asked for a bbq chicken and a beer she went to the computer and said it was $13 and change. Did even ask if my friends wanted anything, I told her to keep the tab open as they wanted to order as well and she went back to the other girls, I called her and my friends ordered a chicken parm sandwich, about 30 minutes later she gave my order on a to go package. I asked about the sandwiches and why she put my chicken on that package and she turned her back, I called her again and she gave me a fork and said we only ordered one sandwich. A couple came in and placed and order and in about 5 minutes their food was sent to their table, I then asked her to close her tab and she asked about the sandwich and I told I wasn't going to wait anymore. After being there today I can't believe the other reviews here. The place looks nice and the food might be good but the service realy sucks. This is the 1st restaurant I've been that has such of...

Edit: The owner immediately reached out to me about my order and after investigating my concerns gave me a refund and a 1/2 bucket on them. I truly appreciate their prompt response and work to find a way to work through it. They have regained my respect and while I wasn't expecting any refunds nor any offer for another chance on them, I do truly appreciate it. I will go back, as I feel they deserve a second chance. Plus the food really is tasty. This is a stand up company in my opinion! Especially when the owner of the company takes the time from what must be a busy schedule to address one person's concerns. Thank you!!!

Let me start by saying I rarely write reviews, but this needs to be said. My husband and I just ordered a 1/2 bucket of naked bone in wings to go. We've had them before and find them pretty tasty. According to the menu on the website, a 1/2 bucket of 30 wings is just shy of $50. We'll, imagine our surprise, when we opened them up, expecting to see 30 wings, as described on their online menu, we see 18 wings. We paid $50 for 18 wings! That's almost $3 per wing. When we called to let them know, they tell us that they "forgot" to remind us that a 1/2 bucket was recently reduced from 30 to 18 pieces. Feeling ripped off! At the very least, update the menu. I don't think we will be returning...

So I was excited to check this place as my kids love Italian, but the moment you walk in you realize the ambience is terrible. There's no music and it honestly feels like you are in a slightly elevated cafeteria. The space was also not air conditioned so eating hot food in a hot room wasn't going to be ideal. Ordering was also painful and the 2 staff members made it that way. One was ok the other was not. When I asked if they had ice for my drink the cashier said "no we don't" very upset and walked off in a huff. It didn't seem like the staff wanted to be there. So I would say if staff were friendly, the space was cooler, and music was playing it would have felt better. When we sat down the table was so sticky we moved, and the second was also super sticky. My daughter said "we are in a sticky situation!" It must be the cleaning products. Finally, The food was just ok and definitely felt like frozen food just microwaved. Unfortunately we won't be going back and wouldn't recommend it with all the other fab restaurants in Concord.

You know you're on to something when a staff member brings you your pizza and says "Wow, that looks really good! What is it?" I ordered a personal cheese pizza with peppers and pineapple. It was delicious! The crust is something I've only had in a few places, mostly in New England. It's a medium-thin crust in a pan style. I definitely recommend it.
