Dunkin' — Restaurant in Concord

It's like walking into a bee's nest. Everybody's on edge. Customers and employees. Service was beyond awful. Online orders and drive-thru orders, seemed to come first. I give the food three stars because after the 20min wait I was hungry. There was a lady standing in the pick up line as I walked in. A large group walked in behind us, the large group got their food before a couple people in line. We ordered a coffee and had time to finish it before our food came out. The lady ended up waiting from what I saw, 30 solid minutes. On 5/31/25 from 10:20 to 10:50. One of the employees actually said that McDonald's makes sandwiches faster because they have better ovens. it would probably be faster and cheaper. America... Or at least everyone on s main in Concord. Doesn't run on Dunkin. We crawl in and wish the hell we went to McDonald's. Oh he was nice at first, but the guy detoured the customers that already paid to McDonald's, started yelling at the lady that was waiting forever because she was communicating how annoyed she was. I won't be returning to this establishment. Management needs to take notice, these employees are overworked and probably hate this shift. If all the employees are in the back there is no one to clean up the front of the house after the rush. Get...

This place should be called deliverance donuts. Went in and ordered a bacon and cheese no egg on a plain bagel and a sesame bagel (not toasted) with cream cheese. We had gone there the previous day and the crew seemed a little off. Today after we ordered, we sat there for 20 minutes waiting for our order and eventually asked where our food was. The lady making our food said she had already given it to us, but there we stood empty handed. One of the duller ladies had given our order to a car going through the drive-thru. In an effort to make our food quickly, a different women broke the monitor which had all the previous orders on it. Now, this crew had no idea what to make. So once again I asked for bacon and cheese no egg on a plain bagel and a sesame bagel (not toasted) with cream cheese. The woman who broke the monitor repeated the first part of my order as "bacon egg and cheese no egg". Here I sat laughing at the stupiduty and uncoordination in the kitchen. And in the corner sat the woman who gave the car the wrong order hand over head, wishing this day would come to an end. Finally we got our meal, only to find DD workers in the parking lot searching for the car they gave the wrong order to. It was an eventful day at the Dunkin Donuts in...

Went through the drive through and sat at the order screen patiently waiting assuming they’re busy. Ordered my food and drink and when I got to the window they asked if it was a mobile order in which I replied no. So they asked me for my order, they found the transaction for it and again asked me what I ordered. Then proceeded to hand me the wrong order after clarifying twice what my order was. The drive thru line was being held up so I drove to go park and go inside because I have not paid yet. A women was yelling at me out the window that I have to pay as I was parking. I walked inside and it wasn’t busy like I assumed it was and got ignored by all the employees while trying to get someone’s attention to pay. So I left the money and the order on the counter.
