603 Panini and Sub — Restaurant in Concord

I recently had the pleasure of discovering this hidden gem, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. I’ve tried a few items from their menu, and each one was absolutely outstanding. From the first bite, it was clear that this place is dedicated to providing top-notch food and service.

I started with the 603 Panini, and it was a perfect introduction to what was to come. The flavors were well-balanced, and the ingredients fresh, making it an incredibly satisfying and delicious choice. Next, I tried the Turkey Club, which had the perfect combination of tender turkey, crispy bacon, and fresh veggies, all nestled between toasted bread that had just the right amount of crunch. It was simple, yet so satisfying.

Then, I moved on to the Cordon Bleu, and let me tell you, it was cooked to perfection. The chicken was juicy and tender, and the ham and cheese filling was melted to perfection, creating a rich and flavorful experience with every bite. I followed that with the Chicken Parm, which was another highlight. The crispy, golden-brown breading encased the chicken perfectly, and the marinara sauce was flavorful without overpowering the dish. This was a hearty and comforting meal that I’ll certainly be ordering again.

Finally, I tried the Chicken Bomb, and wow – it was an explosion of flavor! The unique combination of ingredients made it unlike anything I’ve tasted before, and it was absolutely delicious. Every item I tried was prepared with care and attention to detail, and I could tell that the quality of the ingredients was top-notch.

What truly sets this place apart, however, is the owner. He’s incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers' experience. His passion for good food is evident in every dish, and it adds an extra layer of enjoyment to the entire experience.

After trying these dishes, I can confidently say this place is now at the top of my list for lunch spots. I work at a local Concord business, we struggle daily to find the next best lunch spot and I think we found it!! I didn’t have high hopes as it was literally IN a gas station- staff was incredibly friendly- although my food was made wrong- it was decent- freshly breaded tenders and the bread was awesome - a little bummed they don’t toast the bread- but still great bread 6/10
