Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Concord

Its a hit and miss with this place sometimes the food good sometimes its not. My issue is with the late night crew members there are some very rude workers - the worst attitude and even though cutting off fast food has always been a plan two individuals made me stop going alot sooner. If I have any recommendations it would be to just maybe have a manager talk to the night crew because I understand it's hard you may be tired but customer service got really really bad they don't even bother to do the bare minimum with food like I had ordered a Munchie Meal and nacho chicken Munchie Meal and they didn't put no cheese or anything on it it was extremely dry they gave me some old curly fries and I went to ask for my money back I was told that there's nothing that they could do because they were closing ??the other time i came was for loaded fries which was my last time because I ordered loaded fries and the fries were extremely overcooked and because of the fact it was an ongoing issue instead of me driving off I checked the food right then and there and I handed it back to this guy(I repeatdly see) and told him that the fries were basically burnt(AND THEY WERE BLACK AS IF HE INTENTIONALLY BURNT THEM) and they didn't put extra cheese on my order like I had asked(LIKE LITERALLY A DROP OF CHEESE) I honestly suspected that this employee remembered my face and remembered me talking to him because for the first couple times I let it slide but then the third time I remembered telling him you know I've come here several times and my order is not correct or fresh and I made sure 2 keep my tone nice and respectful and the dude smacked his lips at me and rolled his eyes .. and was like "okay well then wait a second" and then gave me another order of loaded fries but the way he was looking at me you can tell he just had a really bad attitude . As i started ordering at the drive thru the process was already difficult as the woman barely spoke english. It was ljt an issue until she got my order wrong having me to go inside to correct it and then she began to say things like "well thats why i asked you at the window-" and i cut her off there because she was lying. She didnt ask me anything. I calmly asked her to refund me my purchase and she insisted i was yelling at her which was very immature seeing as how i wasnt. I came thru drive thru late night. Sonia was the drive thru cashier and the one who took my order as well as give me my food. she was not the least bit of friendly and rushed me the whole time I ordered.. I checked my food before I drove off and did a quick check to make sure everything was there. When I got home... MY CHEESEBURGER HAD NO MEAT!!! How do you forget to put meat in the cheeseburger?
