All i wanted was to grab was a small something to eat for the moment and breakfast, so i wouldnt need to stop on my way to work in the morning. Around 11pm Monday, April 9th 2018 I pulled in the parkinglot of Mcdonalds (730 Cabarrus Ave W, Concord, NC 28027) and they happen to have a 24hour drive though. They had a few lights off outside, such as the sign and the parking lot lights. but the inside lights and the menu lights were on. There were 2 employees that could be seen. The female inside was walking around the store eating a icecream cone. The male was walking around the back food area. BOTH employees made direct eye contact with me as i drove to the speaker. (The first time) Once i was at the order speaker, no one answered me for around 15 min. (There was another car who pulled in shortly behind me, and left once i began to snap a picture of the drive though hours.) after repeating "I am ready to order" "Im Ready" and "HELLO" durring my 15 min. Wait. (Since i knew there were employees and it was open hours) I then decided to pull up to window no.1. Sitting at window no.1 I seen no one. I proceeded to window 2. Once I was at window 2 the male employee walked away instead of informimg me of why they were not taking my order. So at this point I began to record the situation. The male employee (whom now see's i am recording) makes the "Cut Throat" gesture to say that they were closed. So I proceeded to state to him (through the glass wall) that the sign says they were open 24 hours. I also proceeded to asked why were they closed?"he then walks away. I drove BACK around to the speaker asking for an answer and an apology. In which neither one of the ON CLOCK emploees answered once again. I proceeded to window 1 again, and no one was there. So, back at window 2 I see the male employee walk around the back corner (at the fryers) and deliberately ignored me sitting at the window. While I proceeded to sit at window 2, where I could still see the male employee, I called the store. And lo and behold he answered.
Durring this call he said he was locking up due to lack of staff. Also stated that lights in parkinglot meant they were closed. (Even though the only light that was off was the McDonalds sign, SOME parking lot lights, as well as the emploees were in a well lit dining area eating icecream, and the out side menu lights were still on) I informed them they could have answered the speaker, or the window rather then wondering around and acting like i was not there untill they realized i was recording. He did apologize, but i feel as though it was not a true apology, it was more of a 'I dont care, it is what it is, get off the phone and leave' apology.
All they needed to do was inform me at the speaker, instead of enjoying me and others waiting for 15+ minutes. OR they could put a sign stating they where having an issue on the menu, or even the window if not both. But instead they laughed walked off and enjoyed their icecream cone.

Read moreI went to McDonald’s on July 28, 2024 trying to get some breakfast. I was craving a steak bagel went through the drive-through to order and they told me the server was down to wait 10 to 15 minutes. I proceeded to pull along and park and done what I was told. I waited proceeded to pull up back to the drive-through about 15 minutes later ladies telling me the servers are still down. It’s going to take another 15 to 20 minutes and she had an attitude with me telling me I’m being impatient didn’t need to be impatient at all. Just wanted to get my food and get onto work! I was asking how long is the wait and she just start cursing at me and doing F bombs very disrespectful towards me. I did not like the way she was treating me at all. You do not treat Customer this way. So I proceeded to the window asking to speak to her face-to-face. And she proceeded to have an attitude cursing at me claiming she’s going to call the cops so she calls the cops. I told her she is a ridiculous stupid person. This is no need for this and I proceeded to go my way to another McDonald’s about a mile or two down the road I see a cop gets behind me and pulls me over for no reason at all I did not do anything wrong. I was just going about my way trying to get to another McDonald’s to get a steak bagel so that pulled me over. Asked for my ID. I asked the officer why am I being pulled over? She responds to me and says because I am being banned from the McDonald’s and they got a call that I was communicating threats towards them no such thing the lady that curse me claim she was a manager at the McDonald’s and she tried to lie cops that I was running red lights no such thing the cops did not charge me with that because that did not happen and I did not do anything wrong. Did not commit any traffic violations. I was driving as I normally do every day not speeding or nothing not doing anything in the wrong got pulled over for literally no reason and they arrested me for. Resisting officer because I delayed giving my ID. I gave my ID to the officer at one point and she still charged me for no apparent reason I did nothing wrong. I was just asking why am I being pulled over? I don’t think I should have been pulled over for this reason and been arrested. I am going to pursue against this company for having me arrested over some stupid situation. I recommend you do not eat do business with this McDonald’s in Concord area. Read moreI used to work at this McDonalds around 1.5 years ago and although the service wasn’t perfect it was relatively reliable on and off the clock. Lately however every time I come to this location it’s always something. of the 4 or five times I’ve gone recently they’ve always gotten something wrong. Most recently however I went to get a simple order of a double quarter pounder with no bun or ketchup and two happy meals and a sandwich combo and when I got to the window they handed me the happy meals and asked me to park at the third window to wait for the rest of my food which was fine but I waited at the window for around 15-20 minutes patiently waiting for my food and during that time two employees came by and tried to hand me the wrong food and I finally got sick of waiting and went inside to see what was going on and I found my food sitting on the counter with no one to take it to the window because for some reason they rung up that part of my order as a dine in order even tho I ordered through the drive thru and then I checked the double quarter no bun no ketchup and not only was there bread on it but there was only one patty so I kindly asked someone to remake it and they brought it back a second time but with bread still and then after waiting even more they brought it back without the bread but then I got home with my food and there was ketchup on it. It’s frustrating coming here. Another time I ordered at the drive thru and I wasn’t finished making my order when they stopped me and told me to pull forward. Please do better.
