My friend and I came up to McDonald’s for lunch on our lunch break and we ordered a cheeseburger, mcchicken and a happy meal, both with Dr. Peppers. When we drove away to sit in the car and eat our meal, we noticed that both of our Dr. peppers were diet instead of regular. We did not have a problem and were not upset about coming back to get regular Dr. Peppers. They replaced our drinks with no problem at all. They gave the new medium drink to my friend and told us to pull around in a spot for the kids sized one. We had no issue with that, however when we were waiting for the kids drink we both tasted the new one and it still tasted like diet Dr. Pepper. So I was on my way to walk inside to just ask for tea instead and I was met at the door with the drive-thru employee; I explained that it still didn’t taste right and I just would like some tea instead. She told me that she didn’t drink soda and that she doesn’t make Dr. Pepper. I told her that I wasn’t complaining, I would just like something different to drink with my lunch. I followed her into the restaurant where she talked to a manager and they laughed while she told her manager that we “still thought it didn’t taste right” while I was standing right there hearing everything and in front of other customers. I felt laughed at, mocked, and very disrespected. The manager then talked to me and asked if I would like to taste the Dr. Pepper inside and I said no, I had already tasted it, I would just like something different. The manager then told me that I could taste whatever I needed to, I just asked her if I could just pour out the cups and get tea instead and she said that I could. I had to do it myself, they did not fix it. I work 9 hours, 6 days a week and I am on my feet all day. My 1 hour lunch is my resting time and is the reason I use the drive-thu. We left and continued to eat the rest of our food. However I was very upset with the customer service I experienced, therefore I called to get the name of the manager that I had spoken to. On the phone she seemed very hesitant to give me her name and I confirmed that she was in fact the one I talked to inside the store. It just so happened that she was the General Manager Lou and I was extremely shocked with her performance in being a store manager. My experience was a super unprofessional especially since the situation could’ve been resolved with no issue at all. There is a corporate complaint pending. I will not be coming back to...
Read moreWhat in the world is going on with this McDonald's. Last week I went thru the drive thru (after not eating fast food for months ). The lady taking the order was pleasant and took care of the money quickly. Thats when everything started going down hill. I pulled to the next window was handed my drink and told to pull forward to a reserved parking spot. Several other cars were parked waiting for food. After about 10 minutes waiting an employee came out with a bag of food and rattled off what was in the bag. Wasn't my order. I waited another 5 or 6 minutes and then went inside and had to stand there for several minutes. I then just asked if I could get my food. I told them my order and a very rude lady handed me a bag with the wrong food. I placed it back on the counter and asked for my correct order. Lady yelled you better give her her food before she throws something. I explained I wasn't going to throw anything I just wanted what I ordered and paid for which was a very simple order and at this point I had waited 20 minutes and had to go inside. My daughter went thru same drive thru today and the exact same thing happened to her and all she ordered was a happy meal. She described to me exactly what I had experienced last week. I had already said I wouldn't be visiting this horrible location again and today after hearing the same thing happened to my daughter I would write a review. You won't stay in business treating...
Read moreThey renovated this place and it is absolutely beautiful the only thing I have to complain about is the fact that I had been here several times and they never got my order wrong but now that its renovated they got my order wrong I thought it was no big deal but when I went in to say they forgot the pickles on one and put everything on an order that was supposed to have none.I'm guessing it was the "Manager" a kind of short white guy that sounded a little gay (Don't have any problems with gay people I'm just trying to explain the guy)but he was in there talking to his employees like they were trash that he stepped in earlier.I was about to tell him "Look man its not that big of a deal you don't have to be such a dick to your employees" but I figured it wasn't my place to say so.I could see by the looks on the employees faces that they did not like the way he was talking to them but instead of mouthing off or cursing him out they stayed professional and courteous throughout the whole experience I personally couldn't imagine working for that guy for one night.Bravo to the employees for being able to put up with that and as far as the Manager if you're reading this dude don't be such a Dick to your guys they're the reason...
