Memoreze at Jr's — Restaurant in Concord

Used to be a regular at J.R. Saloon. Was quite a great little neighborhood bar, loaded with history. Manual jukebox, multiple pool tables, darts, shuffleboard and a charming community of regulars helped to overcome the bar’s smokiness, creating a welcoming and historical charm that was authentic and engaging. Photos of horses tied up out front (instead of cars) and stories of a former brothel being run upstairs only added to the history and intrigue of J.R.s. Unfortunately, the current owners ripped out the original bar and shoved it in the back room, where it’s difficult to access. No more shuffleboard, half the darts and pool tables, and of course increased prices. And the name Memoreze, what in the world is that? This bar has become a family Christmas tradition for the past 7 years for my fiance's family.

There's shuffle board (which we play every time), a pool table (you'll definitely need to wait for this), and plenty of darts to go around. If you're into darts, they are looking for people to play in their tournament.

Its an ok place, looks like a lot of regular customers hang out there. They have a separate room with darts shuffle board and pool. They also have a pull tab machine and keno. It's just an old fashioned bar, nothing really spectacular. I believe they do sell food but I was not interested just because it just seemed kinda dirty or just maybe because it is dated. We ordered a bloody mary and a bottle of bud light and it was a...
