I was so excited to try Mr. Cs chicken there is always a line so I figured it would be so good. So I got a good pay check and decided to treat my family of 7 to Mr. Cs. I ordered 2 15pc. Chicken dinners with mashed potatoes and onion rings we also ordered a slice of cheese cake. It was over $50. We got the chicken and got home and the chicken was not hot at all and the onion rings were falling apart and soggy. The onion rings we paid extra for and was awful. The chicken breast were cut in half so they wasnt whole pieces of chicken. The mashed potatoes were definitely instant and without any seasoning not even salt. The gravy was yellow looked like something you would see on the grinch when they ate whoville pudding. We didnt even get the cheese cake. I was so unhappy I just had to call the manager. I spoke with Pete and he was nice but very hesitant to make any offer he asked me to call back when I had the receipt number like he didnt belive me. I called back with the receipt number and spoke with his brother he said at first that they would give me the missing cheesecake and they knew the onion rings wasnt up to par but still charged extra for them. When he seen that i wasnt happy with his offer of one slice of cheesecake for the messed up $50 worth of food that my 4 boys wouldnt eat and they even asked me to cook something else. He then offered to replace my whole meal. I called a couple days later to get the replacement and when I got there they only had 15pc of chicken ready when I had ordered 30. The manager said it was a mistake and gave me 15 more. The replacement wasnt much better it was hot but the breast was still cut in half and the seasoning wasnt there. Mashed potatoes was the same. Just not at all what we expected. My 13 year old son said I should have just went to harris teeter or Bojangles. I gotta say i think he is right im gonna stick to Bojangles from now own because Mr.Cs chicken just aint for us. We like flavor and...
Read moreI placed my order at the drive through window and asked for dipping sauce. The cashier explained she didn't have any right then, but would send it out with my order. Needless to say, when my order came out, they did not bring the dipping sauce eventhough the cashier had it written on the receipt. No problem, they are busy and we all make mistakes. The worker who brought out my food said she would go in and bring me back some dipping sauce. After sitting there for 15 minutes or more, I realized they forgot about me. I called inside the store to let them know what happened. After explaining how I had been forgotten, I asked the worker on the phone if she could ask the manager if I could have a free slice of pie, basically for all of the inconvenience it caused me since I had been forgotten and was just sitting there waiting. The worker brought out my dipping sauce and explained that the manager said he could not give me a slice of pie in these types of situations. It's not about the pie, it's about treating your customers with dignity and respect and when a customer does not get what they ask for and are forgotten about, it's nice to give them a little something to show how sorry you are about the situation and to keep them happy. A happy customer is a repeat customer who will reccomend and spread the word about your business. Mr. C's I am so sorry that I had the audacity to ask for a free slice of pie due to the inconvenience of not getting the dipping sauce with my order that I was told I would get and when another worker says they will go get it and never come back. You have definitely lost my business and others will...
Read moreEXCELLENT Customer Service by the young blonde that had (training) after her name, running the cash register!!!! Kudos to her, for reading back our order (my part was very highly customized), when it was incorrect 2x in a row, instead of being frustrated or rude, she calmly and apologetically cleared the order, repeated it as she punched the keys, and got it RIGHT! She kept a genuine smile on her face, I apologized & told her my super c was probably the hardest order she'd EVER take & she just mastered it :) She giggled and said "Thank you, but you're fine. Have a great night!".
The heavy-set lady with very long super curly spirals in her hair, however, was the ONLY negative of our experience,. She saw my fiance & I walk in together, and LITERALLY did an OBVIOUS "double take", them when our order was up and she saw it was him coming to the counter told the other lady "Let me get that for this piece of eye candy", then proceeded to not give the preordered condiments in full to get him to some back to the counter! NOT SOMEONE YOU WANT UP FRONT WITH THAT TYPE OF BLATANT DISRESPECT TOWARDS CUSTOMERS AND THEIR PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS!!!!
Food was prepared wonderfully, and everything tasted very fresh! Older lady walking around cleaning & refilling drinks was pleasant & very respectful, doing her best to keep a VERY busy dining room clean & tables ready for the...
