Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Connellsville

I would rate a 0 if possible. I order from here sometimes for my client & I. The wait is usually 45minutes or longer. Several times the food arrived cold, or uncooked (doughy). I am not one to complain or write a review, but the one time I do call and inform the staff/manager/owner the situation what happened the owner & managers attitude both was poor and rude. I don't see how you can treat a customer so ignorant. My client and I will happily order somewhere else from now on. The situation was we ordered a chicken alfredo pasta bread bowl. The sauce was cold, the chicken was hard, and the bread was doughy. I tried heating it to fix the problem, my client ate the noodles, and stuff inside bread bowl. Then when it came to eating the bread it was doughy, and she could not eat it. I called and explained to person working what happened he said okay they would replace now, and that it would be about 30minutes. Meaning my client would be off schedule and have to wait to eat her meal. I decided okay bring another one, obviously that was her meal. After waiting for it, the driver stated he was sorry, and that they could make it up another day when I would order just call and manager could help. So I call a week or so later. Explain the situation the owner was rude said no notes on account, made it seem like I was lying. Owner said he would make some calls, and than call me back. The manager a woman then calls me back was rude, over spoke me would not let me explain. Offered no help or assistance what so ever. So I said "okay " and hung up. They are rude, they are not willing to fix a problem, or go by their word they offered. Their commercial to fix a problem is a joke. People like that should not work in such a place if they plan to be rude when I was going by what I was told and making sure thinvs were correct for my client. Big mistake on their part. Literally the cost with delivery one day was $11.80 another day we ordered cost was $13.80 tell me how that is okay ? Order was placed online ,and paid in full .about 10 min after placing order we received a phone call advising that new rule lobby closed to pickup and they are canceling order associated just hung up .I called the store telling the associate my app was still showing that order was still pending even though they said it was void, then it was explained that they couldn't void it entirely till 11:30 pm @ the end of shift ,(really) ok now they can still take orders for deliveries I said ok ,placed same order associate had my information and then said going to give you a coupon the total was 15 dollars more than the original explained that I was not carry out order, canceled order..stopped once in town to pickup the void slips (lol can't pick up order) no signs on doors advising lobby closed at 9pm for pick-up door open or any information on web site . No apologies from employee just a smug look like here's your void slips now go and a quick quip I ( employees) just found out. Truth is employees are no better than...

The pizza is usually pretty good and most of the drivers are very nice. I did have a driver once that came obviously high on something but never saw him again. Not really their fault if someone decides to be irresponsible. I ordered online a couple weeks ago and called to let them know I was just getting over COVID so I sat a lawn chair near the door to leave my food on. This way we knew there would be no way the driver would get sick. It was one of the funniest things I've ever seen in my life.

The driver opened my gate, looked around then hurried over to set my food on the chair. He then turned around and ran for his life as if a Kodiak Brown Bear was chasing him nipping at his back side. He must have heard me laughing at him through the window. He was scared to death. It was hilarious. I thought about calling the store the next day and telling them the chair tested positive now and was in quarantine but figured they might just believe me lol. Thanks for the laugh...
