We just went in for a spfic few items and noticed that the prices went up on a few of the things I wanted to get, but I left them there, now I'll have to shop around to get a better deal, knowing you can't buy what you need at every store, but for a better deal it'll be worth shopping around for them.
On 6/27/24 My family and I along with my Support animal came here, we tried to get a carriage but some of them had trash in them I got one I had a large bag to put my support animal in and we went in the store and picked up a few things as we went to check out we had the worst experience the clerk was at a different register as we were putting our items up to be ringed the clerk raised her voice to me so loud and rudely to put my support animal on the floor, not once but a few times, I was displeased the way she conducted herself but I didn't take him out, as she rang up my items throwing them in the carriage telling me how people had complained about pets being in carriages and I explained he wasn't touching it physically because he was sitting on the large bag, still talking loudly and telling me to take him out and put him on the floor, my adult daughter and grandchildren was shocked the way she was acting and carrying on then she pushed my paid for items in the carriage across the floor to the baggage counter still being rude and inappropriate while at work, I politely took my support animal out of the carriage on the large bag he was on and told her if she was that concerned with him being in the carriage to go and clean it out along with all the other carriages that needed to be cleaned full of trash, she then took that carriage and shuved it across the floor, I didn't let her take me out of my character regardless how rude, inappropriate and disrespectful she was to me, in front of my family (grandchildren) as she talked about me to the next customer, we walked out and walked to the vehicle my grandchildren asked me if I was alright I replied I'm okay but before I knew it my adult daughter had returned back into the store and spoke with the rude and disrespectful clerk, she told her that she shopped her often and she was always seemed to be courteous but today she fell very short of that she also told her "It wasn't what she said to her mom, but it was How she said it" and if the store had a sign that stated the rules for the store, it would not have been a rude conversation about it. My daughter didn't repeat all that she said to the clerk but my daughter respectfully said she gave her something to think about. This Rude, Disrespectful, Unprofessional clerk Katerin needs retaining and a course on how to be respectful to customers in a professional manner, if you work with the public you Never mistreat anyone because you don't know what kinda day that individual is having but speaking with such disrespect to someone's mother might make them match your same energy, were thinking twice if we'll return,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to Aldi for the first time today after numerous people told me how great the savings were. To say the least I could not have been more disappointed. My first disappointment was how bad of shape the produce was in, as far as the rest of the groceries it was fairly what I expected. Second issue we had was when we checked out. We brought our own bags and with no one behind us we walked up with the cart and were going to bag as our cashier Summer scanned. She rudely directed to āget away from the basketā and told us to wait (pointed to this counter where others were bagging their groceries) there until she was done and reminded us at least three times while we stood there that āI donāt bag groceriesā. Taken aback by how rude this encounter began I followed her direction. Summer (sitting at her spot) then throws all of our groceries in the cart. I donāt use throws lightly. She literally chunked some items in so aggressive that the packaging opened and the asparagus heads on numerous of my asparagus snapped off. I mentioned that she didnāt have to throw everything in the basket and I would happily bag my own things to prevent any more damage. Summer again reminded me that I need to stay over there and thatās just how Aldi does things. After throwing more of my items in the basket, I asked her again to please stop throwing things as another item broke. She asked me if I had ever been to Aldi before and I told her no and that I surely would not be back if āthis is how Aldi does thingsā. I understand staff not bagging our groceries and had no expectation that the cashier would do this. I did however have the expectation that I would arrive home with intact groceries. Sorry Aldi, I REALLY wanted to become an Aldi shopper but I would rather pay more to get my groceries home in one piece and not be completely disrespected...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePrices are okay. The sale items were out of stock. I asked the cashier if they will get anymore of the sale items in she said no the store only gets one truck and that's it. What is the point of announcing a sale if you will not have the items for it? Alot of empty spots on shelves. As my family and I were trying to shop, there was a VERY RUDE woman that was working in one of the aisles were the tools were. She seemed very upset from the moment we walked into the aisle. She was organizing shelves and taking all the empty boxes and literally throwing them onto a pallet/bin made me feel very uncomfortable I felt like she was going to hit one of us with the boxes. Then my husband picked up a tool that was not in its place just so he could look at it and he placed it right back were he found it. She then went snatched up the item very upset and said to my husband "I JUST FIXED ALL OF THIS! " them she shoved the item where it belongs. My husband and l just continued to look around and try to shop we were so upset we ended up checking out with what we had and went to Walmart instead were there is no associates in the aisles, which is way better than one that...
