Epiphany Lounge at Grand Pines (Formerly B.E. Winery) — Restaurant in Conroe

I had a wonderful experience at B & E Winery, and I have to take a moment to rave about Ms. Monica! She was truly exceptional. Despite flying solo and managing a winery full of customers, she greeted everyone with warmth, grace, and professionalism. It was very clear she was doing the job of two or three people — and still doing it beautifully.

We did experience a long wait for food (about an hour), but let me be clear — this was not Monica’s fault. She was handling everything on her own, which is honestly unfair to both her and the customers. No one person should be expected to manage a crowd of 20+ guests without support. Management, please take note — Monica needs help!

That said, she never once complained, stayed kind and welcoming the entire time, and made sure every customer felt acknowledged and cared for. People like her are rare, and she absolutely deserves a raise and generous tips. We truly appreciated her and understood both her position and our own. Monica made our visit special, and I hope she gets the recognition...

Living in the Austin area, wineries are a dime a dozen and wines can be found anytime. Since coming back for frequent visits, we decided to start checking out and visiting the local wineries. We came across Blue Epiphany, located off Frasier and Bryant Street just north of N Loop 336 sitting on 15 acres with plenty of party space. This has become a winery we drive in from Leander, TX to pick up more wine every two weeks. We really enjoyed Blue Epiphany! They're a younger winery with a lot of potential. They only have a few wines to choose from but they all were very well made. The winery is tucked away down a back road, it was quiet in the early afternoon, so our small group really enjoyed our tasting then hanging out with a bottle and playing one of their many board/card games. We don't live too far from here and we will definitely be frequenting this winery. We liked it so much we even decided to join their wine club! Definitely a hidden gem not far from Houston, with a great back story! Go...
